I am taking this opportunity to extend my heartfelt thanks to Brian for his help yesterday and again this morning. An overcurrent problem had developed within our wiper system on our 2019 Thor Palazzo that just didn't have an apparent symptom. Ultimately, talking through the system he found a CB fuse that was bad. I was unfamiliar with this type fuse but there was no indication it was bad. All of this over the phone - no truck roll! While it did save him time this also meant no earnings. I did offer compensation but only asked for a good review. I highly recommend this service if you are in the North eastern part of NC and will not hesitate should I require help when traveling I up here next time. I was horrified, thinking I'd ruined my brand new Airstream - not to mention my car as well. The trailer was stuck where she was until an expert could figure out why the trailer brakes wouldn't engage and the backup camera wouldn't display - both critical to traveling. Called K5 Mobile RV Repair, and Bryan came out as quickly as possible. I can't say enough good words about this young veteran; professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I had no doubt he'd figure out exactly what was going on with my trailer - and he did. Before he left, he made sure the brakes would engage properly, the backup camera display was running, and there was nothing else I needed to get going. I HIGHLY recommend Bryan, and wouldn't hesitate if I should need help again (no doubt I will!). I left a great review previously. My wife and I went to the Currituck Sound KOA. we woke up to a flat tire. K5 Mobile RV repair came out and took the tire. He brought me a new tire the next day and charged a total of almost $600. After coming home and getting my other tires looked at, I have to buy all new tires. K5 put a tire with load rating C and I need load rating D. Not only did he overcharge by hundreds of dollars, but he put the wrong tire. I would definitely check around and shop rates this dude just charged me 125$ to stop by on the way home from Moyock. Live less than a mile from him. He climbed on the roof was up there about five minutes. We looked around the water damage on the inside and then talked for about 20 to 35 minutes pretty early on the conversation was told that it was probably above his capabilities do outside told me he could give me some numbers of local RV shops or could possibly take it on himself if I had an indoor shop available was not even here for 45 minutes total did not bring one tool with him did not pull apart anything and ask for $125 maybe that's the going rate for telling somebody the jobs too big for me to handle just not in any of the companies I own. I have no idea of his abilities to perform work and over all seemed like a nice guy. I have never charged someone for some thing that I couldn't do but I have now paid someone for hearing that they couldn't do something.
