I don't know if it was because the issue was so minor or because these people are just so genuinely kind, but they didn't even charge us, declining even a tip of appreciation for their time. The main technician there that day, Paul, was able to fit me in at the time I requested, fairly late in the day. When I arrived, he was very professional and courteous. He had one of the mechanics there immediately start work on my car. The mechanic was fairly young, but clearly took pride in his work. Although it was past the time he was supposed to be off, he took his time and made sure he did it right. He also checked the tire pressure, at my request. An oil change is not that big of a deal and it is not a glamorous set-up at their shop, but I had a very good experience with them, which is more important to me than anything. I recommend trying their services, if you need work done on your car.

I also asked about a brake job on my Jeep, to which Amanda said, of course, they were just finishing one up now. Brilliantly, she offered they don't automatically replace the rotors -which is a wonderful high profit job for the usual shops, but often not necessary. That was beyond refreshing. This business is a keeper. It's a low overhead shop, so no glitzy outer building and signage, or waiting room (they do have a small spot, complete with a happy dog.) We had 0 missed calls from his shop (we saved his number) don't go there unless you want him to keep your hard earned money and belongings.

I took the vehicle back after a few weeks and insisted that the air conditioner was leaking. This time they found the leak and fixed it, but I did not get any credit towards repair from the previous bad diagnosis. I took the vehicle back recently for the still-leaking coolant system, but was told that it was not leaking initially (it has been leaking continuously) and that I would have to start over with another $140 pressure test to find the leak. No discussion. Never mind; I can find somewhere else.

Was a bit offputting and I had no idea why he was so angry. After I pulled up, he said something to me and I didn't answer right away and he said, "talk to me! if you don't talk to me, I'm not gonna do no work!" I mean, this guy was just full of animosity towards me. By this time, I'm getting angry myself and said "well don't then. Just close the hood." He went ahead and replaced it and I paid the lady in the office (who, by the way, was very nice). As I was pulling away, he was just standing there glaring at me.
