I was able to get an appointment very soon within my availability. The first time I need them to do a full diagnostic of my vehicle. As well as fixing a few present issues. They provided me with a detailed description of everything I needed to get done and in order of priority. They provided cost for parts and labor. The customer service rep went over all of it with me, allowing me to gain trust in thier knowledge and experience. Because I was a happy customer the first time. I decided to come back. The second time I again spoke with the rep via Facebook messenger and they got me an appointment. I am unable to drop my car of during business hours which is OK because they have an overnight dropbox. Thankfully, a car and a truck pulled up! One helped with changing the tire! Then other told be we were 2 miles from Eddie Cartwright's station! Old fashioned! Real fix your tire on a Saturday! No one would take care of the rust spots on the roof and address my new leak. Ideally, I wanted the roof and hood painted because they were trashed from old age, lots of dry Thru car washes, and Hawaii's harsh environment. I stopped by their shop after 1 for an estimate and game plan. Scott saw no issues addressing the rust, recommended a new windshield (why I was getting water when it was raining), and decided a pinstrip would be best to take care of some of the clear coat that was on its way out. The ease of this process was very straight forward. He added me on his schedule for the following week. I must add they have fair pricing for the quality of work. A little over a week later I picked up my truck on a Friday. They washed and cleaned my truck and did a clear coat on my bad looking headlights. The pin strip color looked great and I couldn't be happier.

I took the vehicle back after a few weeks and insisted that the air conditioner was leaking. This time they found the leak and fixed it, but I did not get any credit towards repair from the previous bad diagnosis. I took the vehicle back recently for the still-leaking coolant system, but was told that it was not leaking initially (it has been leaking continuously) and that I would have to start over with another $140 pressure test to find the leak. No discussion. Never mind; I can find somewhere else.
