    Toby and his boarding peers!

Maria took care of my mini Goldendoodle and she was able to let me know his areas of opportunities. Overall great experience. Toby had alot of adventures with Maria and the other pups!

Maria is our go-to dogsitter whenever we travel. She's trustworthy and communicative, pricing is reasonable, and most importantly, she's fantastic with our two golden retrievers. The girls get tons of exercise and good socialization whenever Maria stays with them, and we get lots of photo and video updates while we're away. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending Maria!

We came to Maria with our pup Luna who was having some issues with obedience and being around other dogs. Very quickly after the first few sessions with her Lunas behavior started to change dramatically and today is a new dog. There is so much information about dog training online and it can get so confusing but Maria really helped us have clarity on everything. She makes you feel really comfortable and knows how to read dogs super well. Couldn't recommend her more.

I cannot say enough good things about bouquet kennels. What…read morean absolute blessing it is to have a safe space for my Luna. We rescued Luna in February. And soon came to learn a couple of things about her. 1-she was a jumper 2- she has pretty severe separation anxiety. For the first couple of months, I took her almost everywhere with me. When I couldn't take her, there were times when I had to struggle to make arrangements for her. As mentioned with the jumping and the separation anxiety, the arrangements would have to be very specific. Making sure that it was with people I could trust. Which usually meant Family because they would be the most available. Well, when there was family events, it was even harder for me to figure out what I would do with her. I knew that a very close family friend regularly uses bouquet kennels. So I spoke with her about them. She said amazing things and highly recommended. So I reached out online and let me just say they were amazing from the beginning. Incredibly receptive and Patient especially with my many questions. I was able to get Luna in for an overnight within two days of first reaching out. Of course, when I came time to drop her off, I was incredibly anxious and worried about leaving Luna. That anxiety and worry started to fade the minute I pulled up and Jessica and Kayleah came out to greet us. Within minutes, I was secure a confident in the choice to bring Luna to Bouquet kennels. I was able to go and spend an entire day out with my family and not worry once. Of course, I thought about Luna and hoped she was doing OK but I didn't have to worry at all. I knew not only was she safe and secure, but she was being loved and cared for. When I arrived the next morning to pick up Luna, I was given a wonderful report about her. And again, I must stress that I knew Luna had had a great experience. In speaking with Jessica and Kayleah I learned that bouquet kennels accepts dogs of all temperaments. I think that's wonderful. I know that all dogs have different personalities and some of them are not as easy others. And knowing that there's a place that accepts those that aren't so easy is such a relief. Every pup should have a safe place to go where they will be accepted. I cannot recommend Bouquet Kennels enough. Needless to say, I will be using them whether it's for the day, overnight, or multiple nights. It is such a gift to have a wonderful safe space for my dog. Thank you Bouquet kennels!!

The staff is helpful and polite, on the contrary to what others write. We would gladly continue to leave our pups here and appreciate all that the staff does for our loved family members. I should have trusted my gut (and some prior reviews here) and went elsewhere. After a two-night…read morestay, my golden retriever puppy came home covered in urine and clearly received no exercise as the manager felt compelled to show me how he ripped up towels and even the doggy door. My 11-month puppy (like all dogs when exercised) is fantastic and never does these behaviors. When I take him to the boarding place up the street (which unfortunately was full due to Mother's Day weekend), there are never any issues and he always comes home exhausted from great exercise (I know because I have an exercise tracker on him - which this place would not allow). I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone who genuinely cares about their pet unless whoever the older woman was who was incredibly rude no longer works here. Ever since we met her, she complained - even when we arrived 20 min early (as a new customer) to see the place. Sure, I get your COVID Appt schedule to keep people apart (even though no one else was there the entire time we were there) as well as your feeding schedules - but all you had to do was be polite. Instead, we didn't feel like customers of a location that cared about customer service or even doing a good job with pets - but instead like second class citizens who were causing a ruckus by patronizing their establishment. Your few staff looked overworked, under appreciated and one of them had bandages all over her hands and arms by being attacked by a dog (according to the staff member). My wife, who loves our dog but genuinely doesn't spend much time with him was worried when we left him due to how we were treated at drop off and the conditions of the facility. I told her that he should be okay - after all, they're across from the Cesar Milan facility. Boy was I wrong. Something is up with this place. It's no Country Club. More like K-9 (and parent) Hell.

She never mentioned or asked. Btw our dogs aren't new to grooming so we haven't had this issue of their nails being left long . So now her nails are extremely long and considering she is an elderly dog that doesnt help with arthritis or joint issues. Also, my other dog a labradoodle she had a very uneven shaved spot by her tail bone and the groomer never ever mentioned it, and you could clearly see it. I understand mistakes happen and that is truly ok, but the communication about it was not there. The last concern is regarding the sanitary trim, the anus regions always seems somewhat cleaned but all other areas like privates and tail are left very long. Im a bit sad because the place is cute, but i dont think its the best place for grooming, maybe they are new and theyll get better with time.
