She wrote it down in very easy to read handwriting and was told to pick it up at the end of the evening. Hours later we made a trip back in to pick it up only to find that the the words engraved were inverted, which made the quote make no logical sense. We wasted almost an hour of time for them to correct the mistake which pushed all of our wedding errands back an hour also. They were apologetic but the damage was done and it was just frustrating that no one checked the item once it was first engraved. If you're looking for a last minute gift and want it done right - be sure to hang around and double check they get your order right.

I was then told that they had left a voicemail on his cell phone. Ironically, he didn't order the jacket nor did he pay for it, so why they would leave a voicemail message on his cell phone is beyond me. Then when I arrived to pick it up, there was nobody in the front lobby--I waited. (I later realized that there was a sign on the wall that said ring, the bell upon arrival. However, there were boxes stacked in front of the sign. Therefore, I did not know that there was even a bell to ring.) Then a lady casually walks by. She looked at me and kept walking. She finally came back to inquire if I'd been helped. When I let her know that I had not, she then asked me what was I there for? I told her I was there to pick up a jacket. She went to the back got the jacket, handed it to me through the window and turned around and walked back to do whatever it was she was doing. As much as these damn jackets cost, you would think you would get a little better service. I will not be ordering my other child's jacket from them despite the fact that this is the business that the school uses.
