My family had a pretty disappointing experience at the Stonebriar location on Sunday, May 4, 2025…read more We visited your store specifically so that my oldest son could choose items for his newly redesigned, sports-themed bedroom -- a project he was extremely excited about. I wanted him to experience his first big boy shopping spree where he could pick out whatever he wanted so I let him and his younger brother enter the store to browse while I remained just outside the storefront, watching them the entire time through the window. They were quietly and respectfully exploring the merchandise, taking their time to decide on a purchase. To my shock, I saw the cashier say something to them, but I wasn't sure what he said, and I did not hear him. However, when I saw him addressing them, I started making my way to the entrance. As I was approaching the door, my sons were walking out, oldest was visibly upset. He told me the staff member informed them that they have been inside for over an hour and needed to leave since there was no parent present. This was simply untrue. We had only been at the mall for 25 minutes, and the store was our sole reason for being there. Within seconds, I immediately took my children back into the store, encouraging my son to continue shopping, hoping to salvage the experience. Again, wanting him to be able to pick something out for himself without me hovering over him, I stood off to the side by the entrance and watched him shop. I could see by his body language and facial expressions that the damage had been done -- my son no longer felt welcome or comfortable, and he ultimately chose to leave without making a purchase. What was even more troubling was what happened next. As we were leaving, we saw 2 pre-teen Caucasian boys entering the store without a parent and watched them shop for about 20 minutes. Unsurprising to me, they were NOT asked to leave the store. It was clear at that point that the staff member was being discriminatory to my kids. Which is fine by me, I won't beg any retailer to let me spend with them. If that is how you choose to run your business, you are free to do so, but I will not be spending my money anywhere where I am not welcomed. My husband and I have spent thousands of dollars at Field of Dreams over the years, including at this very location. On this day, I came ready to support my son's interests without a set budget. Unfortunately, we took our business elsewhere -- to a store where we were treated with respect and made to feel welcome. I am deeply disappointed by the way my children were treated, and I strongly urge your company to reflect on the conduct displayed by your employee. Discriminatory behavior, whether implicit or overt, is unacceptable. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and that meaningful steps are taken to ensure all customers -- especially children -- are treated with dignity and respect in your stores. We will not be back!

Been a regular there for years and you will not find better and, most importantly, more AUTHENTIC sports signatures and memorabilia anywhere. But I go to Field of Dreams mostly for their custom framing... Museum quality and competitively priced. They've helped me with several jerseys and even created a custom collage for my wedding photos! These guys are THE BEST!

They made sure that I was happy, had what I wanted, what fit my budget my capabilities and my needs. I LOVE my new bike, and I love the customer service and overall treatment that I received. Special thanks to Wes, Duwanna and Chris. And an extra, extra special thanks to Blake, who took me outside and let me video him as he prepped my bike to travel on my truck. Thanks guys, well done. I highly recommend.

When the work was finished, I finally had the chance to see the final product and meet Blake in person. The results definitely exceeded my expectations; the bike rides exactly as I imagine it would have coming straight out of the factory. They were also able to source parts and offered recommendations for modifications in the future. Furthermore, the pricing for the labor beat every other bike shop in the area. I would highly recommend Sun & Ski Sports to anyone in need of high-quality bike maintenance or repairs.
