I showed her a picture of what I was looking for and she took me straight to the necklace, which I bought. Then she gave me space so that I could look around. As I was looking around, I found something for myself, a ring. When I asked Cameron about a ring size, she mentioned that we could customize the stone. I was sold. Also, Erica checked me out at the register she was so pleasant and kind. She made sure to give every customer her undivided attention as they were being checked out. I've worked in retail for many years and the customer service that I received at this location, far exceeds any of my retail shopping experiences. I genuinely felt like everybody working there was happy to be there. They had so many cute things in various price points. I had no idea that they also make custom rings and necklaces. You can choose your own color stone. The parking can be a little tough, but if you park in the parking garage, you should be fine.

Grab a piece of paper & pencil (usually located near the front door), write down the items you are interested in buying, and hand it over to an James Avery associate. They will call your name. Step over to the window and they will have all the items you requested, displayed, for you to touch, try on, ask questions, etc. They will also tell you what sizes are available, when it will be back in stock and they will "hold" anything you want for 24 hours. Today, our daughter picked out this green gemstone ring to represent her UNT 2022 graduation. Our visit to James Avery was a lovely and memorable moment for us.

Today however, there was a slight snag. Seems they are rearranging the entire store and about 1/3 of items arent marked with a number or price which is a key to their system. As a result, it took longer than usual to be waited on. I was patient and got a great gift. I did see another customer apparently ready to order leave so, hopefully, they will get the system back in gear soon. Definitly the place for great value in fine jewelry. No costume here.

They are THIEVES…read more Recently, I placed a $1,000 deposit for an article of jewelry, with a written agreement on my receipt stating that a full refund would be provided if the item was not to my liking or was not delivered. After several weeks without communication, I requested a refund of my deposit. The owner/manager, Eddie, of this establishment was combative and dismissive and refused to honor the written agreement he had personally written on the receipt. Instead of handling the matter professionally, he offered excuses for why the refund could not be processed. After contacting my bank, my $1,000 deposit was fully refunded. The bank is now investigating PRECIOUS JEWELERY OUTLET as a potential case of fraud on the store's behalf. Bottom Line: Withholding my money that does not belong to you is stealing, theft. Customers should never have to fight for the return of their money when a purchase was never made. DO NOT SHOP AT PRECIOUS JEWELERY OUTLET, GRAPEVINE, TX. The company service was so horrible I received my full refund a week before our holiday dinner (where the exchanging of gifts is scheduled). So I found some replacements on Amazon, but unfortunately the personalization would not grantee deliver in less than a week ( which is all the time I had considering my holiday travel). Not familiar with Tx, I googled "wood engraving" and Blue Ribbon appeared. I immediately called on a Friday (end of bus week). I explained to Ms. MARIA my dilemma and she said, you know what, how soon can you get here...I could have cried! I said I can be there within the hour. She said I will see you when you get here and we will take care of you. I get there and she was as angelic as her voice. Very welcoming and friendly. I showed her my items and she said let me know what you want and we will have it by Tuesday. Of course I was pretty nervous as I fly out on Wednesday and Sue said they were closed on Weekends, WHAT!!!!! We were pushing it but when I tell you Saturday I received proof of font, Sunday final product view and MONDAY, my items were ready for PICKUP!!! Outstanding CUSTOMER SERVICE!! One of my daughter's jerseys actually got torn, which is not ideal. So when I needed a tailor for this season's jerseys, there are 4, I put a post out on next-door asking for people who could refer a tailor they had personally used that was really good. A gentleman ended up messaging me and telling me that if I didn't mind a little bit of a drive, he could guarantee it would be worth it. It was about 17 minutes from the house, but given that I had four jerseys at $80 apiece to replace I couldn't take the chance using someone else. I brought the 4 jerseys and 2 pair of jeans that my daughter needed to have hemmed as well. They were super attentive, asked multiple questions to make sure it was going be done right and made a suggestion on altering 1 of the 4 jerseys a different way which my daughter was ecstatic about. Shetold me I'd have them in in a week! Wouldn't you know it the very next day I got a message about pictures for her team being in 3 business days. I seriously thought I was going to cry. So I called and explained my dilemma. Told her which jersey it was and said I only needed that jersey if it could be done on time. She told me to stop worrying, they can get it handled and to not apologize bc they were happy to help! Not only did they handle it, but all of my items were ready the day I needed to pick up the jersey for pictures. The stitching is wonderful. You can't even tell that the jerseys have been altered anyway, and the jeans have the same wide stitch my daughter liked on the jeans when we bought them. I cannot say enough good things. I will absolutely be making the drive for anything I have in the future. I'm also really excited because they do embroidery as well so I'm going to surprise my daughter by having her number stitched on her backpack for her.

The in-store pricing has gotten pretty high -- most items are $20+, which is often only about $5 off retail. For a resale store, that doesn't feel like much of a deal anymore. The bigger disappointment was the selling experience. We brought in three full bags of quality items, and while nothing was said outright, the staff's demeanor made it feel like it was an inconvenience. The energy felt rushed and dismissive. They ended up taking only five items, and one entire bag was returned to us in the exact same order we dropped it off -- clearly untouched. It was frustrating, especially considering how positive my experiences used to be here. I'm not sure what's changed, but this visit didn't reflect the friendly, fair experience I had come to expect from this location.
