This place does an ok job getting the dirt and road grime off my vehicles. The cherry tree drops quite a bit on my truck and the other tree drops sap. I frequently go thru to get a quick wash. If you any bad reviews, ignore them. This is a great drive through car wash with access to the vacuums. People complaining are the ones with disgusting cars with tree sap and crap all over them. If you keep your car clean and wash it every week, this place will help keep it looking great at an affordable price. Under $15 or just join the monthly car wash program for under $30 for the month. This is one of the nicest car washes that we've been to and it's conveniently located right off the TV highway on the same side as Chick-fil-A. If that's not convenient I don't know what is. :) The layout of the car wash is efficient, easy to get in and out and there are plenty of spots/stations for detailing. Quality and service are consistently good and the facilities appear to be well maintained. I would think a car wash would be able to remove bugs from the front or at least most of them. This was not the case. It left 90% of them after 3 washes. Then if I wanted to go through again, I would have to pay again. Needless to say, I will never be going back. The employees were nice, that would be the only redeeming factor. Went for a car wash. It was pretty busy and thought it must be good value for money. Car was a bit dirty so hoped the Ultimate would make all of it go away, but it did not. There were still spots on the windshield that were spotty and not cleaned with the 12$ wash. It definitely takes around 3-5 minutes of cleaning but not worth $12 is what I'll say. Next time if I do visit, I'll go for the $9 one. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Not worth the car damages and horrible customer service. I went to take my car in for a quick wash and ended up getting sandwiched in between two cars with my car getting damaged due to the wash glitching and slamming our cars together. After my customer service file, John Jenkins contacted me saying he did not see anything in the footage and tried gaslighting me that our cars did not hit. They said they would not provide any security footage of the wash and that they are not entitled to any of the damages. This place is a SCAM. read more

The place is always very clean and well maintained. The staff is professional and very health/safety conscious. My car is always clean after and the vacuums work exceptionally. Of all the Kaady Car Wash locations I've been to, this one tops them in terms of features, space, customer service, and location. Conveniently located on TV Highway, you simply get off and enter the check-in stalls. There are two of them here, not just one. You pay and then quickly enter the car wash, which is why you're here, after all, right? So, the car wash itself. First off, what I'm about to say is a key differentiator, and you might have to do a quick bit of Google image searches to validate what I'm saying here. There are two modern types of automatic car wash conveyor belt technologies. One is the "hook and pull automatic car wash" which you see at other Kaady Car Wash locations (I'm looking at you, Beaverton). Then there is the more modern, and in my opinion, better "flat belt conveyor car wash" that this one uses. In English? Flat belt conveyor car wash aren't as high-risk of damaging your car's tires. The old-school "hook and pull" systems can. In any case, the wash itself is fine. I pay $30 for 4 washes a month, which is, to play Devil's Advocate, subpar pricing compared to what I've paid for membership car washes in California and Arizona. But for Oregon, this is the best for the territory that I could find, so on with the show. Now, the best part, in my opinion. Once you leave the car wash, unlike any other Kaady Car Wash location I've been to, there is a plethora of vacuum stalls. Seriously, I am curious if this Kaady Car Wash location ever runs out of stalls for their customers at any given time. There are literally three rows of stalls, each row containing more than 10 stalls each on each SIDE. (So, maybe 40 stalls total? Or above 50? I'm not even sure...) But yeah, due to this surplus of stalls, I have never seen a sign that says "vacuum time limit of 5 minutes" that I've seen at other Kaady Car Wash locations. According to Google Maps Timeline, I was here yesterday from 6:54 PM to 7:19 PM, which is 25 minutes. I've never been able to stay that long at other Kaady Car Wash locations. So yeah, this Kaady Car Wash location is legit. I encourage ya'll to check it out. Protip, bring lots of microfiber cloths. Like any automated car wash, there will be excess water after your car comes out of the wash, and that includes inside your fuel cap, under the hood, behind the mirrors, under the wiper blades, etc. read more

You never know if a child may need it and they just ask you to go to the closest coffee place, which is not that far but seems ridiculous! Every time I'm here I notice someone loses a plate or something happens, so be careful with your accessories and watch out for missing plates, because they won't check unless you ask them... _ And as soon as it's sunny out here, expect a long line, although it goes really fast, the wash takes about 2 minutes. I had such a bad experience today -between the condescending hand waving to move your vehicle to pay two more inches, to being told you have 'damage' which was really nothing more than a tiny parking lot dent that nobody noticed on previous washes. okay, that doesn't seem so bad. it was the obnoxious attitude that went with it. It really was how I talked down to when I said you guys have never said a word before. he scribbled a big wavy mark on the windshield below the U for ultimate (best wash). when I asked what that was, he said "It's a W so they are warned about you." wow that was enough for me to point out how rude that was. He said that he was just saying what he was told to say. not enough? he and the young lady with him were laughing and waving at me as I left. I just took my brand new Mercedes Benz here for its first car wash. Afterwords there were micro-scratches ALL over the vehicle, hundreds of them, and I've found at least a two dozen 1/2cm spots where it chipped the paint completely off, and that's just so far. To top it off, my front drivers side turn signal was hanging off the vehicle only still connected by the wires. Unless your car is already covered in scratches and missing paint DONT come here. The employees were rude and there's no way I got the "Ultimate" car wash, there's no ceramic coating when it's ripping the paint off the car down to the metal. This one $15 car wash has taken tens of thousands off the value of my car. Just take the time to wash your car yourself or take it to a detailing shop, it'll cost more but you won't be missing pieces of paint and the car itself afterward. I plan on telling and showing everyone I know just how horrible Kaady Car Wash is to a vehicle you care about. They deserve negative stars, I'm assuming all the positive reviews are part of the hiring process to make this business seem legitimate. STAY AWAY! read more

I Have been using kaady for years and years since I was young . On Saturday I took my newly purchased truck in for a scrubbing. I pulled to the side to remove the trailer hitch ,chairs from the bed and remove my antenna. The man kept waiving me to move under the canopy and then began asking me why I was removing the items ... I flat out told him so I don't destroy your machine and cause damage.. he replied we don't care ... ummmm ... now half way through the wash I noticed a kid walking next to the wash and a tug at the front of the truck ... I fealt uneasy while exiting as the kid walking next to me continued to follow... I parked at the vacuum and walked to the front .. instantly I saw the emblem was ripped off the grill ... when I approached the front and told them they directed me to park on the left .. I asked for the emblem to be retrieved but mysteriously they couldn't find it ... I instantly knew they were going to deny it happened... kaady was my first job and recalled how it's policy to try and fix or pay for damages.. knowing this I had to get the peice back as proof. I asked to look again and of course they didn't see it ... I filled out the claim form and received a call on Monday saying that they found the peice but they wouldn't cover it because it was previously damaged ... I said absolutely not it's a factory peice and was in working order ... its a high country and lights up .. he claims it's not factory because it had silicon on it. I explained that's how it is sealed from the factory to maintain its waterproof to protect the board and lights ... his opinion was it was not a factory option and advised me to have a lawyer contact him... yall this is a $400 peice. It's not about the money. It's about doing what's right ... I would question bringing your vehicle to kaady for the simple facts that they don't stand behind the product and the employees seem to be entitled little you know whats. Definitely one of the most well-priced drive through car washes I've had. Personally I've had poor experiences with 'No-touch' drive through's so my fiancee and I were looking for something just like this. The staff were nice and professional. The set up looks clean and sleek. My car sits outside almost 24/7 so some of the grime does stain eventually, but it certainly came out nice and sparkly. They also have 3 or 4 rows of car vacuum's which allows for nice space for social distancing. Each spot also has 2 vacuums which makes life a whole lot easier if you have another person with you. read more

These guys are great and so helpful! I really appreciate their patience with me as my car is fickle to put into neutral (weird, I definitely know). I love that you don't have to share vacuums with your neighbor. Each stall has two vacuums for that stalls use. No waiting around for your neighbor to finish vacuuming before you can use it on your own car. I am always in a hurry so this is a major plus for me. Also, the suction on the vacuum is intense! Gets the job done! The site manager, Gerald, is a gem. My side view mirror flew off in the car wash (not because of Kaddy) and the whole team searched for the parts and Gerald took the time and helped me put my side mirror back on my vehicle. Kaady was always near the top. It's frustrating when you're searching for something close and convenient. 3 stars because I've used other Kaady locations with different vehicles. Hit or miss if they let you go in with a rack. Some attendants are by the corporate book and say no regardless but others understand what their gear can handle and make a rational decision. This is a big Kaady. There are two payment lines. And there are a lot of drying/vacuuming areas which are covered. There wasn't anyone in front of me so I paid and drove through. I like that your car isn't in those tracks with rails; it's on a wide belt so you can be a little off or have low-profile tires without worrying about scratching your rims in the rails. It's also wide. I saw a full-size pickup truck behind me and there was lots of room to spare. It got my car mostly clean, granted, my car was very dirty. Most spots left behind were in my windows, hood and roof. The sides were very clean. So why 2 stars? I have been through others and this might be a good thing, but the brush thingys were so strong they broke my license plate frame off! I've never had that happen and that frame wasn't cheap (it was plastic though). I doubt I'll be going back for this reason alone as it's not worth my time to remove my frame every time. It's also not touchless and overtime, I can imagine I'll get scratches if the fabric cleaners aren't actually cleaned. read more
