I had my SUV hand washed by Cesar and his team a couple of months ago for the first time. I have a new vehicle, so no detail was needed. Thankful we were recommended OlympiClean Auto Detail. Black paint shows everything so a ceramic coat was in order. Prices are very reasonable especially for the high level of detailed quality work provided. The whole process from setting up the appointment to pickup and first car wash was a seamless and pleasant experience. Cesar's communication was clear and his system provided helpful reminder texts. We got the exterior 5 year detail option which took about 1.5 days to complete. He also does the first car wash so as to demonstrate proper after care to maintain the longevity of the coating. I've had a regular detailer that I started using right after he opened up his shop 20+ years ago. He does fine work and I've been very happy to bring my repeat, loyal business to him. However, perhaps I talked him up too much because the more popular he got the higher his rates became. So much so that when I bought a new Challenger his price to ceramic coat it was absolutely in the stratosphere. And it's not like he was inexpensive by any means even when he first started out. I found a detailer through Yelp to have the new car detailed and his work was fine although certainly not inexpensive by any stretch. But there was something about him and the place that gave me pause. Perhaps the checkout process where I paid the agreed-upon stratospheric price and was asked to also pay a "gratuity" starting with 15% and going up to 25%. Now *THAT* takes sand... adding a stupidity tax of many hundreds of dollars to an already insanely high price for a few hours work. So, I kept looking. Not even sure how I found Olympiclean although it wasn't through Yelp. Cesar was great through the entire process. He apparently never sleeps since he was responding to my e-mails when even cat burglars are in bed. Gave me a decent quote to detail my Harley which is 12 years old, has had a hard life and has never been professionally detailed. Cesar's brother is a Harley guy which helped with worries that the electronics would get soaked with water which is one of the big reasons why it took 12 years to get me to have this bike done. In a sentence, they did a great job. The bike didn't look this good when I took delivery of it. In addition to cleaning off a lot of burned on gunk off of the pipes and exhaust system, they treated the paint with some sort of coating which was not expected. Paint and chrome are all clean and super shiny. Looks like they also treated the saddle as well. I couldn't be happier with the work they did. All done in about two hours so I didn't have to leave the bike there all day as I would have to do at most other places including my long time detailer. This is a busy shop with several employees. Very large so able to handle quite a few vehicles simultaneously. Very hard working, super friendly crew. Suffice it to say that I found my new BFF detailer and I couldn't be happier about that! read more

Based on the reviews I had high hopes. Since I don't live terribly far away they did pickup and drop off my car at my home, which was much easier than coordinating with UBER/LYFT since they needed to keep my car for full day. As for the auto detail ... it was just okay, nothing stellar, they did a decent job but missed a few key things I would have thought would be standard, otherwise everything looked good ... (1) First thing I noticed was the front windshield on the inside was not cleaned very well if it all, it's like someone sprayed it with liquid cleaner and forgot about it as it was covered with dried on water spots. I ended up having to clean it myself several times to get the years of residue build up and streaks out that I was hoping they'd have taken care of. (2) The roof of the car at the drivers window was still dirty with black road dust streaking in over years of build up. Not even touched. (3) No tire dressing, I suppose shiny tires is not included. (4) I had mentioned cleaning or polishing the headlamp for restoration that was yellowing and they didn't even touch it. Otherwise, they did touch up the engine dust nicely, cleaned the interior and floors with a thorough wipe down of dirty and dusty surfaces. They did get all those years of arm resting turning the surfaces dull looking new again. All interior cloth seating and carpets cleaned, either wet vacuum or shampoo of the floor mats. Waxed and polished the outside, exterior paint has that nice slippery smooth feeling and dust certainly sticks to it less now. Overall, a decent detail minus a few little things. read more

OH MY GOD. This place is incredible. They cleaned up my fiancé's car. It literally has not been cleaned during the entirety of our relationship. It had started to let in water this winter and the floors seemed moldy. It was seriously gross. I convinced him to take it to get detailed but honestly, I wasn't sure what they were going to be able to do with it. They went ABOVE and BEYOND. They even took out a seat to get the dog hair out from underneath. I highly reccomend this place for your car detailing. This was my first time getting a car detailing and they did not disappoint. My car was filthy. I had a coffee stain in my back seat which had been there for a year. Scratches on the side of my car. Tree sap on my window which I couldnt get off. It was stuck there like glue. There was dirt stuck in every crevice of the car. I got the full detail and they completely cleaned my car up. It literally looks and smells brand new and I've had that car for 5 years. Coffee stain is gone, they got out most of the scratches except for a few but they were too deep into the paint. They even cleaned the engine which I didn't expect them to do.
