I called and talked to Kris at Havasu Audio to see if they could install the TV as I was having trouble finding someone (Walmart could not do it). Not only could she install the TV for me, she could sell me the exact one for $100.00 less then what the Box Stores were selling for (I did not think that would be possible). I ordered the TV from them, it came in a couple of days later and we scheduled the install. Kris kept informed the entire time. They had a busy day so Kris called to let me know the guys were extremely busy and would be running a little late. I said that the next morning would be fine if that would help which she was relieved to hear. Charles and his assistant were at my door a few minutes before 8am the next day and got started. Charles was very detailed in installing the new adjustable heavy duty mount that allows for an 82" TV to be pulled out and pointed different directions. He set up my Direct TV remote and answered any questions that we had. They hauled away all the trash but suggested that I keep the TV box for 30 days to make sure it works good. Which is completely ridiculous when Noah's Ark in Kingman will do it for $75. Do not waste your time with this company, they charge way more than any other company and then they want to tell you about their bills and how much trouble it is to get to your house to do anything, about how much wear and tear on their vehicle and how much they have to pay for insurance! Reviews are made on your company so other people will know how they are going to be treated and how much you're gonna screw them out of!

The workmanship was average, and more concerning, the final bill came in roughly 40% higher than originally quoted on what was a straightforward job with only a minor modification. I had specifically requested a GFCI outlet, but when he arrived, he indicated the quote only covered a GFCI and not the outlet itself, attributing the discrepancy to how it was entered through Yelp. Regardless of the source, that added to the overall lack of clarity on pricing. For context, the initial quote was already higher than other licensed electricians I had considered. In short: the job got done, but the combination of pricing inconsistency, unclear scope, and average workmanship makes it hard to recommend.
