After reviewing the answers that I received, I sent a message to Flanagan's Labor & Handyman Services and we arranged a date and time. Kyle arrived within minutes of the scheduled time after informing me that he would be here in a short time after our set time. One of the jobs involved putting a replacement floodlight on my back patio. I don't have a step ladder tall enough to reach to do it myself. The second was fixing a toilet paper holder that had been giving me grief trying to fix it myself, unsuccessfully. Kyle arrived with a sturdy, tall, step ladder and a bag of tools that he uses for his work. In no time, the two projects were completed. I was very pleased with the results and I'm pleased that I chose Flanagan's. Kyle is a polite and personable young man. He is also very good at what he does. From the beginning, Kyle was super responsive and professional. He asked the right questions upfront (gazebo size + whether it needed to be anchored into concrete), gave me a clear flat-rate quote, and stayed in communication the whole time. The project was a large 14' x 28' gazebo and it definitely wasn't a small job. They showed up on time, brought the right tools, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. I really appreciated how careful they were during assembly -- making sure everything was aligned properly, tightened down, and sturdy. They also anchored the gazebo securely, which was one of my biggest concerns. You can tell they've done this type of work before. One more thing: I had opened the boxes and some of the parts were scattered around because I originally planned to do it myself, and Kyle was totally cool about it -- no complaints, just got straight to work and handled everything. Price-wise, they weren't the cheapest quote I received, but honestly the speed, reliability, and quality made it worth it. The gazebo came out great and looks awesome in my backyard. We talked back and forth and agreed to have the service performed on 08/29/2025. I gave them the TV model and how I wanted the tv mounted. We Mount tv said they would do some research and get back to me tomorrow 08/27/2025. I never got a call from them, this should have been a red flag off the bat but I gave them a chance and people do forget or get busy it happens. Unfortunately the TV I purchased wouldn't be delivered until 08/29/2025 so therefore I couldn't give We Mount TV a time to perform the service (My fault). I called them back and let them know about the situation and we agree to instead have the TV mounted on 08/30/2025 at 09:00 AM. I called We Mount TV on 08/29/2025 at 1:40pm to confirm our appointment for 08/30/2025 they said everything was good to go and the appointment was confirmed. On 08/30/2025 I got a text message from We Mount TV at 09:09 stating the tech was sick and they were going to move some stuff around so they can get someone out to mount the tv that day but at a later time. I replied with OK do you know what time? I never got a response, I still gave them a chance and thought Mayne they are busy just trying to finish some jobs and would get back to me. I decided to give them until Tuesday 09/02/2025 to get back to me since it was the Labor Day weekend, still giving them a chance to redeem themselves and use the Labor Day weekend as an excuse for the reason they dropped the ball. I am writing this review on 09/06/2025 at 8:17PM and I still have not heard from WE Mount TV. Not an apology no nothing, simply left on read and ghosted.
