After reviewing the answers that I received, I sent a message to Flanagan's Labor & Handyman Services and we arranged a date and time. Kyle arrived within minutes of the scheduled time after informing me that he would be here in a short time after our set time. One of the jobs involved putting a replacement floodlight on my back patio. I don't have a step ladder tall enough to reach to do it myself. The second was fixing a toilet paper holder that had been giving me grief trying to fix it myself, unsuccessfully. Kyle arrived with a sturdy, tall, step ladder and a bag of tools that he uses for his work. In no time, the two projects were completed. I was very pleased with the results and I'm pleased that I chose Flanagan's. Kyle is a polite and personable young man. He is also very good at what he does. I really appreciated how careful they were during assembly -- making sure everything was aligned properly, tightened down, and sturdy. They also anchored the gazebo securely, which was one of my biggest concerns. You can tell they've done this type of work before.
