Mr Antenna will save you money in the long run! Ditch the cable and get hundreds of channels for free, over the air! I initially hired him back in 2019 to install the antenna. It's been working great but a strong win a few months ago somehow bent the support and the antenna was leaning on the roof. I called for an appointment and he came on time repaired the antenna rescanned all the channels on my television sets and wired additional television set that was not connected to the antenna. This company is Amazing! I called on Tuesday and spoke with Sheba who was very pleasant and informative on the phone. She answered all my questions and got me scheduled right away for Thursday morning. The technician, Louis called me the morning of my appointment and showed up promptly. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He did an excellent job on the antenna installation and it looked very professionally done. Louis ran the cable to 4 of my TVs and even had some longer spans that he tacked very nicely to the baseboards and white cable to match. He programmed each TV and I was so surprised to see that I had 131 channels whereas before with my interior antennas I only had 32 channels. The best part is it was very affordable and I don't have any monthly cable or satellite bill. I am super impressed with this company and their professionalism. Scheduling was a nightmare with these people. When they finally came out, it was all about nickel and diming you for as much money they could get out of you. BEWARE of Lewis!!! His aim is to max out the charges for as little service as possible. Their warranty is a joke. Cutting the cable cord had only been a passing thought for me. But, I finally decided to make it a reality by purchasing a Tivo and calling Mr. Antenna (Karlo) to complete the switch. Karlo arrived as scheduled to install the appropriate size antenna for my house location, mounted and connected it within a few minutes. The coaxial cable was neatly installed running from the antenna to the junction box on the side of the house. He also connected my Tivo for a nominal fee and patiently provided a lesson on using it. We'll be calling him back to hook up the Tivo to a second TV soon. read more

After calling three times, speaking with Jim once, Susie once and leaving a voice mail, sending two email requests I've had no responses. Susie told me yesterday that she passed along the information to owner, Karlow as well as my copy of his website stating that he does install on condo roofs but, she said she didn't think he did that any longer. I told her I have even sought approval from my HOA and only want a courtesy call or email letting me why he does not want my business. I was referred by a friend who is very happy with the service from several weeks ago and just curious why he doesn't return inquiries. So far so good. We get over 100 channels (HD quality). It should pay for itself in 5 months. Our Satellite provider cost kept going up, so it was time to save a lot of money and dump them. From the first call to the service was definitely questionable. The lady that answered the phone seemed very lost as to what she was doing. We told her we needed a service call and we're told because we used them to purchase and install the if the service call was unde 15 minutes and parts were not needed we would not be charged. The owner himself showed up and apparently argued with my grandmother before I arrived. turns out it was just on the wrong input and nothing was needed to be fixed. I was just down the street and said to hold on just a second by the time I arrived he had already charged 85$ to do absolutely nothing. The whole experience was pretty hoTrimble but his attitude towards my grandmother was appalling. Recommend you go elsewhere. read more

Reached out to Mr. Antenna to get information as I was considering using them to install an OTA antenna on my home. Contacted them through their website asking them what antenna was used for their standard install and what antennas they have as upgrade options -- I like to research so I can make an informed decision. The response I got was just a brand but no specific model numbers. Mmm, okay. I respond asking for model numbers and get a response with a different brand and model number altogether, but just one with no additional information. As someone that values customer service, Mr. Antenna needs a serious refresher course. Guess I'll be looking for a competitor to handle my install. read more

I have a challenging roof due to tall pine trees and an aluminum covered patio, but he was very flexible and made due. The TV was set up quickly. You can finder cheaper places to come out and install an over the air antenna but here you really do get what you pay for. Installer was a pro and got right to business. Linked up two TVs with 106 OTA channels free indefinitely. I got all the major channels despite living deep in the east side with some tall houses blocking line of site.
