If your looking for a fitness plan for any age or fitness level from children to seniors were you will be welcomed, inspired, and challenged in a positive and healthy manner were you never feel judged or out of place this is the place for you. Women, men, children, and seniors. All body types all fitness levels were the instructors and customers will take time to help and encourage any new customers. I've taken every class offered at one time or another including one on one personal training. I've tried other gyms and instructors nothing ever worked before. Even after losing 40 lbs and being physically fit when I stopped coming and returned I was welcome back with open arms and a ton of support. Just a tidbit about Kadilak Fitness....they encourage women (working and busy Moms) to take care of themselves. How many gyms encourage you to let kids be apart of the process of not letting your health go to crap? How many strong female business owners support fellow Moms to not feel guilty about taking the time, but rather include little ones? Please tell me what timestamp the young girl was "twerking" in. I have watched the video multiple times and have yet to find it inappropriate. Sex offenders are scouring girls social media accounts. Why should someone assume a business owner with so many followers attracts pedifiles instead of happy clients. I have yet to see anything negative at this gym. Rock on girls, you got this! This place is fantastic words can not describe how much i love this place. To start off everyone is welcoming and friendly. U never feel left out . This place is a wonderful place to get in to for weightloss goals and exercise they really care about ur health and they make buring calories fun. U always want to come back for more. The owner of the place is amazing. She really goes out of her way to help anyone and everyone. Wow that negative feed back really ticks me offI started going to Kadilak in December and I absolutely love the people there they are very motivating and actually know what your body needs to get the changes you need and want, unlike most of the places out there that don't give a crap about you as a person they just want your money. You don't get stuck in a stupid contract for one thing and it has great hours for people who have all different kinds of schedules. This is the first place I have found after trying for years that actually want to see me succeed in my health and fitness! I started going to Kadilak Fitness in May of this year taking Shelly's Zumba classes two days a week. Everyone at Kadilak Fitness is so nice and welcoming to everyone no matter age, size, or race. Now five months later I attend four Zumba classes a week and strength training classes as well and they are all amazing and continue to challenge me. All the trainers here that I've had are kind, willing to work with anyone, and will modify to a certain persons needs. Shelly and the whole Kadilak Fitness Family have been crucial in my weight loss journey. I have no idea where I would be without this gym. I have been attending classes at Kadilak Fitness for a couple of months now and absolutely LOVE it!! Everyone there is so helpful and sincerely want to help people fulfill their fitness goals. The Zumba classes are so fun and make working out fun!! I love that everyone is welcome at this gym, even moms who have to bring their kids to be able to work out. The little girls that I have seen at the classes are having fun with their moms and most importantly learning that working out and fitness is important and can be fun!! Kadilak Fitness is a welcoming gym and is fully inclusive. I began going to Zumba there three years ago. After one year I had lost 20 lbs without changing my diet--just having a blast dancing! Shelly, the owner offered me a job once I got my Zumba license....she took a chance on me and I am grateful! I have been teaching Zumba now for two years and am starting a Zumba Kids® class back where I got my start and had the passion for Zumba instilled in me--at Kadilak Fitness! I haven't been able to make in about 3 months due to kids sport schedule and sickness but when I'm able to go back I most def will!! I have never been to a place where I felt more comfortable and accepted during, before and after workouts!!! They care and really push you to be your best and reach your goals!! I take my 5 yr old son who even gets in on the action and lives it!!! I started going with my fiance and it's a great place to workout with family and friends!!! Kadilak Fitness is a home away from home. Everyone treats each other like family. There's no cliques, or people that make you feel like you don't fit in. Everyone is super friendly and extremely supportive in each own fitness goals. It's the kind of place I look forward to going to every week. awesome place! unfortunately I am not able to work out here because I'm a SAHM and work around everyone's schedule. but, when i was able to everyone welcomed me in with open arms and always listened my questions.. I know if I was able to work out there still, I would achieve my fitness goals way faster than working out in a gym. in just my short amount of time being there my body felt so much better and people noticed a change in my body and my mood. I've been to quite a few gyms with trainers but Kadilak Fitness by far has been the best gym that I have walked into. The classes are for all fitness levels. There is no judgement. Been going here for years. They are the best. I've lost and kept off 20 pounds for over five years and it started here with the emphasis on mixing up fitness classes and proper eating. I have a very busy schedule and if I have to skip a week or let's be honest a month, I am always welcomed back with arms wide open!!! I love how each instructor is different so you get a lot of variety out of the classes. I would be bored if it was the same genre of music or if they stuck to the same traditional dance moves. BORING!! The classes are high energy and I laugh a lot. It's a good time for the young or not so young. Come on over and give it a try !!!! read more

That owner and her precious heart of gold created what feels like a second home to many. She will go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need... And she knows exactly what you need too.
