We arrived ahead of schedule, as we always do, and they were able to take my husband in right away. When he came out of his appointment, he was genuinely happy and relieved. He told me, "The representative from the pacemaker company was so friendly and personable and immediately put me at ease. The MRI technician was very kind and even asked if I would like to listen to music during the MRI. The gentleman who escorted me to the imaging department could tell I was nervous and did everything he could to reassure me. Three wonderful men treated me like I truly mattered." We desperately needed a positive experience with a local hospital, and Kadlec provided exactly that. Compassionate care makes such a difference--especially when a patient is already anxious--and this team went above and beyond. We highly recommend Kadlec Medical Center. Dr Dramis is a relatively young doctor trying to get her practice off the ground. When we began…read moregoing to her, her father was running the books. Our experience with her has made us decide to never go back. Our main problem resides with her billing practice. On two different occasions she over-billed us due to technicalities. The first time, we scheduled our daughter for vaccinations. She didn't have one of the vaccinations and had us come back a few days later when she got the new shipment. She billed us and our insurance twice. On the second occasion, my wife went in for an annual checkup. Since she wanted a referral to a neurologist, Dr Dramis billed her as if it were two different appointments (despite only being in the office for ten minutes). Both times we complained but still payed the bill. I would recommend anybody else besides Dr Dramis if you are just starting out with a new doctor.
