On the lush grounds of Baroniet Rosendal, a historic estate and manor situated in Kvinnherad in Hordaland county, Norway dating back to the 1660's. There is a converted greenhouse with dining tables as well as indoor at the cafe and a covered middle. The cover comes in handy as Norway is known for its vast amount of rain showers, and even though it was raining during our lunch it was wonderful none the less. The service was friendly and efficient. You order and pay at the counter and then your hot meals are brought to your table. The menu is short, but robust and very high quality. My salmon plate was delicious and filling. The crowd is mainly tourists in hiking/touring gear, so the setting is very casual.
