I ended up getting some tortellini and a pepperoni pizza while trying to save room for some dessert because the separate dessert cafe looked absolutely amazing! The line for food went really fast from grabbing a tray to getting food, paying, and sitting down - whole thing probably took about ten minutes? There isn't much seating on the ground floor but loads on the second level which is also where you get water. It can get pretty hot up there with all of the open windows so try to sit on the shadier side if you can so you aren't roasting! My tortellini with Alfredo sauce was actually super salty and I only ended up eating about half but my pizza was pretty good! The water cups are tiny so I felt like I had to ration out my sips and it didn't help it was a super hot weekend so I already felt pretty thirsty. We went down to the market area walked around the grocery store before peaking into the desserts. So bummed I was super full but just means we will have to come back another time! The meat in the butcher area looked phenomenal and the macarons looked so delicious!

It is a slender version of the lasagna noodle, and I absolutely love this type of noodle. Their pasta is made al dente and it's absolutely just perfect. I am super picky when I order chicken at Restaurants because I feel like most places it taste almost like it came from frozen and you will not get that feeling or taste at this place. All of their entrées comes with side bread. I did get a Caesar salad and it was very good. The Caesar salad dressing is super delicious.. Their parking lot is very small, especially for dinner time. It is packed and you could find yourself waiting 15 minutes before someone leaves. There are street parking, but those spots are usually all taken. The neighborhood is only for residential permit parking. You may find yourself walking 2 to 3 blocks to get to this restaurant if they're parking lot is full.

We started with the calamari, wings and the house bread. Calamari - maybe a tad over cooked but it was nice and crispy and that aioli was so yummy. The wings- nicely cooked and the teriyaki had a little kick. Chicken parm - large serving and nice flavor. Pesto pasta- creamy and like the fettuccini meets pesto. It was satisfying and would be excellent with chicken. The noodle texture was fun and filling. We also tried bites of cheese bread and the marinara was nice. Overall a tasty lunch!

We hired Savage Chef to provide catering for a funeral luncheon, including setup, service, and…read morecleanup. Unfortunately, the experience did not come close to meeting expectations, especially given the nature of the event and the nearly $5,000 fee they quoted. To be fair, in the end, they knocked off several hundred dollars because of the disaster their inability to handle the job caused. The gesture was inadequate, considering our family did most of the actual work that day. The caterer arrived late, and only part of the staff showed up. The sandwiches had not been prepared in advance, the soup was not ready on time--nor was there enough, and twelve of the deceased's family members had to step in to help prepare food while more than 200 guests waited. Our family not only made the sandwiches, they also brought them out to the waiting guests. It made an already sad day become an embarrassing mess. The bakery bread we were promised was not used; instead, grocery store bread was served. Ty said the baker couldn't accommodate the volume of bread - we had this catering agreement in place for over 1 1/2 months. We were never told of this prior to the event. Beverages were also not stocked properly, and we had to repeatedly ask for refills. Some family members had to carry in cases of water from the caterer's car in the twenty-below weather. We chose Savage Chef based on positive reviews and the presentation of his food, but neither the service nor the execution nor the quality lived up to the advertising. Given the circumstances and cost, this was a very disappointing and upsetting experience. I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone.

Also, If you love a wide array of sauces this is a great spot to choose! We got a ton to try with the meats/wings. My favorites were the house dry rub wings, brisket and the banana pudding. What I tried: Texas Stogies: Jalapeños, stuffed with cream cheese & brisket, wrapped in bacon & smoked. Chicken wings--smoked & fried--got the house dry rub and a ton of dips to try. They serve it with carrots, celery, and your choice of ranch or bleu cheese. Three Meat Platter: We picked brisket, ribs, and turkey. The sides we enjoyed were the potato salad and fries with the comeback sauce. The comeback sauce with the fries is a pro move! Plain Burger - 1/2 pound smoked and seared burger. We did a side of the Street Corn Salad. Petey's Banana Pudding: This is absolutely to die for. I am not a huge dessert person, but this was so good I didn't want to share it. Always get a large! When visiting make sure you park in the ramp next door! Alary's offers validated parking ticket evenings and weekends including Wild games! Also, they have shuttles to and from the Wild games!
