Their normal heat selection goes from 1-8, but their heat challenge goes up to 11. For our food, I tried the Margarita wings, located in their "boozy" section. I really enjoyed these as they had a lot of flavor. I also got a side of mac and cheese, and chose chipuffalo sauce - a combo of chipotle and buffalo - it added a great flavor to the mac and cheese with just the right amoumt of heat. The other wings I tried were the Bit of French, which is garlic pepper flavored. It was actually really bland. I ended up dipping them into the remaining chipuffalo sauce. The young lady beyond the counter on my first visit was very friendly and helpful, providing some lovely advice and tips for my trip (including for my proposed visit to her native area of England); if any manager/owner is reading, she gets major props! The gentleman who was working on my second trip was also friendly and helpful z but he was working on the back as well, so there was less interaction. Between my 2 visits, Zi tried a variety of pies, pasties, & rolls, all of which were very tasty (although there's something about a Greggs sausage roll; I'd stick to the pies and pasties here, and walk a couple of doors up the street for one of those.).
