However, there are lots of things at Happy Valley Laundromat that I appreciate that I didn't have at my old laundromats. Here, its very spacious. There are 2 big rollup doors on opposite sides plus windows, so its nice and airy and breezy. I hate doing laundry where its stuffy or no airflow. Especially when taking hot clothes out of the dryer and folding those hot clothes. There are lots of washing machines and dryers. That's awesome! They have rolling carts available, each with a rack to hang stuff. That's much appreciated. I had a problem with a dryer last week accepting my quarters or being able to choose the heat level. I usually will call the number posted on the sign to tell them but that day I didn't. It was my first time here and I didn't know if that was just the norm for most of the equipment. I came back today and noticed they replaced the panel for the dryer. I don't know how long it was broken, but since there was no out-of-order sign last week, I assume it took a week or less for them to fix it. That's good! There's a vending machine for laundry soap and also snacks. Next to it a soda machine. They also have a TV, a restroom and a little play area for kids. Only thing, there is not too many parking spaces. And the price of dryers I don't mind, as long as the dryers are working nice and hot.

This was the best $36.00 we spent in Maui and the process was seamless. We picked Tide detergent and Bounce fabric softener at drop off. Within the hour someone from Wash Pros called and asked for any washing instructions. Our clothes were washed in cold water and with medium heat to prevent shrinking. They said we'd get a text message when our clothes were ready for pick up. We kept one suit case open for our clean clothes and this made it so easy for packing before the airport. Next time we are in Maui, this place will definitely be on our radar before we leave.

The service has been a bit spotty as they often can't understand me or work their computer, but I guess new staff have to be trained somehow. Straight out of the bag, his suit smelled like fried food and let the pictures speak for itself. There are wrinkles and wrong creases in multiple spots. We paid a total of $47 due to the 50% rush fee. I deeply regret taking his suit in. The dress shirt is good so not sure what happened with the suit... please refund me for the suit and rush fee.
