I won't be coming back to this place after spending $204 they done ruined my bathing ape shirt with a small stain in 2 areas and my BP white crew shirt with stains in two areas come on now what is the coincidence for both white shirts. After paying all that money I had put it thru my machine on delicate and wash it just to show that it wasn't there prior. I came to yall trusting that my items would be protected and didn't mind paying watever it cost but it seems as if y'all like to be dishonest. If your workers noticed they did something wrong when it came time to drying ironing, steaming whatever it is you do, they should of immediately brought it to someone attention and fixed it immediately, not give me my shirt looking the way it did especially when I know I didn't give it to you in that condition. That's being dishonest and trying to get away from your error. I gave them only 2 white shirts and I get it back with stains on it, the rest of the shirts were all black. 11 shirts but in all total 16 items. I checked every single item throughly before giving to the lady at the front and mention to her about a jacket that had chocolate on the sleeve but never ended up giving it to her cuz my son said he will just wash regular cuz it was like a rain coat type zip up so it would came off easily which it did when we took it home. Who ever took the time out to dry and press or iron my order should of had curiosity and respect that you clearly LACK to put it back through a clean and fix what you created. Especially knowing that you created the problem but instead you like be sneaky and not mention it when I pick up my items hoping I'm not paying attention and think it was already like that nope run them cameras back cuz that shirt was not stained when I went thru every item I gave to the lady and laid each item out on that table one by one. People pay attention if y'all see similar stains don't think it's already from you giving it to them they did that mess and my pictures show proof. How a fresh dry clean shirt got stains but I come home and gotta wash it to prove it wasn't there prior now. I waste my money paying for service that clearly wasn't great, where's the Aloha? I guess I wrote my review prematurely. Got my daughter's dress back. It was two layers that needed to get hemmed, plus it needed to be taken in in the back. The front is fine, but the back left side is noticeable shorter than the right. We can't do nothing about it now since "once it's cut, it's cut" Her prom is in 4 days. Dropped off April 18, picked up April 28. Prom is May 3. Last year, we hemmed another prom dress, it was a lavender satin dress. I never paid attention to the length, but I did notice that there was a small oil like stain in front that was not there when we initially dropped it off. Again, couldn't do anything about it cause prom was soon. I didn't want to try to clean in cause it may make it worse. The following pictures are of the dress I picked up. My daughter just said, "whoever did this dress didn't do a good job" I kinda agree. I guess, I just went here out of convenience. Getting alterations are not cheap, so I feel like I got ripped off. The clerk stated she would call once it was complete so I left. She did end up calling in about 3 hours from the time I left. The facility is in a large warehouse-style building located at the end of a dead end road (Leonui Street). There are signs that direct you to the entrance. There is a lot of parking available and plenty room to navigate. The entrance is clearly marked and now has *assumingly* new covid-related guidelines (i.e. a mask is required for entry). Inside it very standard for a cleaner/alterations business. There is a counter to drop off your items and a turnstile with completed garments. read more

We had a terrible experience the past few days with the manager. We brought in French tapestry fabric for the seamstress to add a hole in the middle with zipper for a table with an umbrella. We included another table cloth as a sample for the seamstress. The table cloth was made with the zipper and hole on the side. The manager blamed us for some unknown reason even though we included another finished tablecloth as a sample. The owner intervened and the hole was made in the middle with the zipper attached properly. A few days later we brought a designer dress with pleats to be dry cleaned. It was returned cleaned with all the pleats ironed out. Only the lines from the former pleats remained. I returned with the dress and a photo of the dress with pleats and offered to pay extra to have the error corrected. We showed her the lines. She denied pleats existed. Again the owner intervened and appreciated us as faithful and loyal customers. We picked up the dress today The pleats were ironed properly. The manager told us we were banned from the cleaners. I wonder if the owners aware? We have been customers since he has owned Aloha Cleaners. We wonder if he knows about the managers lies and her refusal to correct mistakes. read more

Coming back after a second visit, this time bringing another higher-end jacket to have cleaned. This time, I wanted to see if others' experiences of cleaning some fairly dirty items could be replicated with some melted candy. I have neglected this coat for nearly a decade and the candy had long melted in the breast pocket and seeped through and dripped down the inner backing. Upon dropping off my jacket, I made sure to voice my concern with the staining and after signing a waiver (understandably), I waited the usual 3-business day and picked up shortly after the given ready-by date. As you can see, I am extremely pleased! You would never have known there was a stain and the best part? AFFORDABLE! Do yourself a favor, if you need any dry cleaning done and you're on the West side, hit this place up. The ladies who run the register look like from all walks of life and somehow, you get Demi that their employer treats them so nicely because they're always friendly, helpful, and attentive. I come in about every 2-3 weeks with my kids' valuable Aloha shirts and they always come back in tiptop shape. When I need something that kinda needs a little more attention, they take care of it, no problem.
