I was talking to the owner (I thought he was a random dude and had no idea he worked there/owned it until I asked) and he said that they'd only been open for a week which explains the confusion. He was even open to suggestions which shows that he cares about the customers and wants the restaurant to improve. Of course as soon as i walked out I thought of a numbering system/sign next to each station to explain the sequence (1.menu 2. Order 3. Pay 4. Sit). So yeah, they have some issues but I'm confident that they'll figure it out. I would 100% come back the next time I'm in Frankfurt.

All ingredients were really fresh and I loved the miso dressing. The bowl's overall portion size was fine, but unfortunately the salad base was just iceberg lettuce and there was very little tuna. Most burgers were 8 euro or less so price-wise all reasonable. Solid poppy seed bun holds the burger and bacon together. The burger here does not compare to the quality of Der Fette Bulle for example, but for the price it is a tasty and filling. Note the beer selection is limited here. They only have Weisse beer - no dunkels or other varietals.
