He was even open to suggestions which shows that he cares about the customers and wants the restaurant to improve. Of course as soon as i walked out I thought of a numbering system/sign next to each station to explain the sequence (1.menu 2. Order 3. Pay 4. Sit). So yeah, they have some issues but I'm confident that they'll figure it out. I would 100% come back the next time I'm in Frankfurt.
