My son is 19 years old and has Autism. He has been going to this barber shop for a few months because he is close he feels safe walking there. He volunteers during the day at A special day program for kids with special needs because he can't work. He doesn't walk or go anywhere else because he's afraid. Today He came home with a really bad haircut and they didn't even Have the Audacity to tell HIM THEY SCREWED UP HIS HAIR. IN MY BOOK KAILES BARBER SHOP WORKERS HAVE NO INTEGRITY AND ARE BULLYS. So I came by once again and probably last time on Tuesday. 5 people wait with 1 barber in room. You do the math 35-45 min each over 2 hr wait. In previous conversations with staff they commented that moving to their new location would ring in more clientele. To the owner Edgar what was the point of that if you dont hire enough barbers to service your clientele SMH. You are a cool cat with a good head on your shoulders need better management of this shop. Guys take too long for simple ass haircuts. You always served me up quickly and did a great job. The other guys have fd up mu wig too many times and on special occasions. Any who I went on yelp and found S&S Barbers on yelp. Called and said they could serve me right away. Arrived at shop a bit further than Kaile but F it they gave me a great haircut, nicer shop, plenty of barbers, got served right away and take appointments. Same price too. Alfred & Hector! This was my first time here. No long wait. Very professional. My 5 year old usually gets his hair cut by me (ALL BAD) so this was his first time at a barber shop and Alfred made him feel comfortable enough to get through the haircut and getting lined up too. DONT COME HERE, been coming here because it's close to where I live but I'm done. They don't take seriously, unless you're their "buddy" then all of a sudden they take "appointments" which I tried making an appointment before and I was told there is no such thing. I've seen it all, people doing deals, walk in and out with 3-pack tall cans, and the guy in charge allowing it because well, they are buddies. To whoever reads this, I have been coming for years. My dad first started getting His hair cut by Anthony and then he recommended me to him. I have never had an issue with a haircut. Last year, I had to live in Georgia for 8 months, and each time i would visit CA, I would come back to Anthony to fix me up. Whenever I have an issue with my hair he puts his touch on it and it would be perfect. People in Georgia would be asking me where I get my fresh fade and line up from... More than that, he isn't just my barber but he's a friend. I can be real with him and he gives me great and helpful advice. Overall, Kaile is a great establishment, a fun place to come to for a haircut. Watching tv, listening to conversations, and music never a dull moment. read more

Just moved to chino looking for places to do business with rather than drive all the way Back to Rancho walked in to Kailes barber wanted to try them out see how they do first time here was on a Sunday everything went good waited about twenty minutes got a hair cut looked good thought ok found a new barber close to home came back a month later with my kids and my nephew it was like night and day they had the music full blast you couldn't even talk to each other and the choice of music we'll let's say I'm old school it's nice to understand what the lyrics are talking about now I don't care what people like to listen to that's their choice but when you run a business your catering to your customers not yourself especially with children being present after waiting for more than an hour and one of the barber chairs finally free I figured ok it's our turn wrong one of their friends walks in all casual and just sits down like it's no big deal after I complained to the barber about us waiting he said yeah and we'll try and get to you before we close my son was like dad f***k this place let's just go where we have always gone we would of been done already so we left apparently this owner has so much money he doesn't need any more if you want good service go somewhere else read more

These barbers act like teenagers still, they're very unprofessional, and they take so much longer than they should take on the simplest of haircuts. The whole time I was there my barber would stop every minute or two to text on his phone and even answered a call. Him and the other two barbers there were also talking very loud about drugs and other things, not making any effort to keep secret what they were talking about. Just a bad vibe overall. read more

Anthony is the best one there. I would give it 5 stars but I've been going a good amount of times and I've had at least 4 occasions where I had to wait 3 to 4 hours!!! Why? Maybe cus they spend 45 mins to an hour for simple haircuts. The rest of the barbers there suck unless you want a fade then they're ok but if your looking for anything different go for Anthony. These guys give great haircuts my boyfriend gets hooked up every time. His hair and beard get cleaned up.. All they need is the hot towel. The only reason they get 3 stars is because the guys are not very proffesional, when it comes to their friends they will let them cut in line before someone that has been there for hours. And it has happened that customers argue over who got there first... Come on guys what is so hard about getting a sign in sheet so that you can keep track of customers and avoid the drama??? The service here has been disappointing. On first visit I asked for a regular men's trim. The barber had no clue what that meant. Once he started it took him 45 minutes. Took to much time watching tv and taking phone calls. I tried a second time I waited 1 hr. Barbers spent too much time talking. At Least talk and work. Third visit young barber sat in car right in front of shop and never walked in. Amazing I walked into empty shop sat for 15 minutes just to see if he would walk in. Less than impressed. I normally go to a place in Upland, but we recently moved and it is no longer close to home so I am looking for a new place. I had been to a Kaile shop on La Puente once (I assume they are connected some how) so I decided to give them a try. I was a walk in, wait was not bad, about 15 or 20 min and there were 5 or 6 guys working. Looks like a rough crowd, but everyone was cool, and friendly. I get a very basic cut, just a "buzz" #2 clipper all the way around, no fade or anything. It looked ok with the quick look in the shop, but getting a better look at home it was a horrible cut. Straggler hairs all over the place, a couple small missed spots, uneven side burns. Over all it looks like I did it myself on a dark room. I have had to clean it up myself with a pair of beard trimmers. Cut was only 11 bucks, but it was too expensive for the quality of the cut. read more

If it were possible, I would give them no stars. I've been going to Kaile for 2 years or so because of how cheap it was. About two weeks ago I went and Hector cut my hair. After I told him what I wanted he replied "That's one, two, three, four, ten steps. Yeah that's not going to happen right now" This is the same haircut I've been getting for the past year and no one has ever complained!!!
