He said that that he picked it up and it was at his shop because he had a emergency pick up but would drop it off at 830 am. I ended up getting my mom to check the location where my tire messed up and she confirmed that it was STILL there in the same spot. I tried to call again and was blocked. Call again and got ahold of a technician and was told he was near us but forgot his tools so he had to drive across town to get them. He offered to do the service for free but I should of said no. I waited another hour which was more then fair to get across town and back. At this point we were 2.5 hours from the initial call and surprise they didn't show. Called again and was told they just weren't coming anymore due to an emergency. I would of been fine if at the beginning they told me they weren't able to do the job but no they strung me on for almost 3 hours.
