Last July TAK (for Comcast) came out to bury my cable while I wasn't home. I came back to see a…read morehorrible mess in my backyard and alongside my driveway. They did $2,000 worth of damage to my property and drilled into my brand new siding, which no cable company had ever done for simply burying a cable. The backyard was tore up, and you could see the cable thru the various holes they left. The crew also ran a tracked vehicle repeatedly thru my front yard, which I was told they would not do as there was no reason for a tracked vehicle to go thru my front yard I raised hell with Comcast for so long that they forwarded my complaints to TAK comm. After 5 1/2 months, TAK Comm. sent out a supervisor to assess the damage. It was still visible, but not as bad. He acted like he did not want to be there and he could care less. But he could put forth the effort to spout company propaganda. I forwarded all the photos of the damage and he filed his report. I have not heard from TAK again. It's as if "We're TAK Communications, we can do what ever the hell we want to customer property and never have to take responsibility." They came out just a few weeks ago to bury another cable after my landscape guy damaged the previous one. The installer drove up in my driveway then proceeded to park his vehicle on my brand new, freshly laid sod, and acted surprised and shocked when I yelled at him to get his ******* truck off my my brand new sod. TAK Communications seems to encourage flagrant vandalism to customer property knowing they do not have to suffer any consequences.

TAK Communications is the worst contractor I've had in my home installing COMCAST. I had to call…read moreback to COMCAST to get it reinstalled correctly. The technician was very rude and unprofessional. Don't have a TAK Communications contractor install for you!!
