Off the bat, the smoke alarm low battery warning is chirping constantly upon your arrival. Not an encouraging sign and clearly shows a lack of upkeep of the space. The receptionist checks me in quickly, while editing a video of herself on her phone. I get taken into my room fairly quickly, and make it clear that I'm there to test my ferritin levels because I am anemic and feeling consistent exhaustion, and to get a CBC. Both the nurse and the practitioner are aware that this is why I am there as we talk about my symptoms in detail. I wait FORTY minutes for the practitioner to see me, despite there being nobody in the waiting room when I check in. Finally, I step out and tell them I have another appt and need to leave ASAP. They finally acknowledge me, meet, and get the blood test finished within 5 minutes. I'm not sure if they forgot I was there or what, but I heard them all chatting and laughing the entire time I was in the room. I get my lab results quickly, within 24 hours, but realize that the lab they ordered does not include ferritin, which was the entire reason I booked the visit. $50 copay down the drain for them to not test the specific item I went for. This place is an absolute joke and I would not trust them with my medical care. Clearly all the 1 star reviews show I am not alone. I'm going to try out Tia down the street and hope they will be more responsible healthcare providers.

The front desk staff also seemed nice. However, once I actually saw the provider, the experience was very different. As soon as I explained my issue, she told me she had no idea what it was.. yeah me either that's why I'm here! I explained that I had already tried something to treat the symptoms but it hadn't helped. Throughout the visit, she repeatedly asked me at least six times if I was sure what I had tried had not made it better. I kept giving her the same answer, so I'm not sure if she was expecting a different response, but the question continued to come up multiple times. Overall, I left feeling more confused than when I arrived. I was prescribed medication, but I'm honestly not convinced that it's what I need. I ended up scheduling another appointment with my primary care provider because what I need was certainty and some clarity from a provider.

But this place and the staff surprised me over and over with how kind, patient, welcoming, confident, and accommodating they were toward me kid and his needs. I'm so used to providers misunderstanding and/or mistreating my kid that I was truly shocked by how awesome they were. Turns out he didn't have an ear infection, but even the doctor who examined him was simply AMAZING working with him. Patient, attentive, respectful, curious, playful, and supportive. He didn't judge me for bringing him in, or act like we'd wasted his time. I seriously wanted to hug him at the end, lol. I wanted to hug all of them! I told the doctor of my symptoms (intense headache, intense muscle aches, fever, chills, stomach discomfort... I told them I had absolutely no respiratory or sinus symptoms. They again tested for covid/flu (negative) and also took a test for all the other things out there and said I would get the results back in a day or two. When I got the results back, I read the report saying: "The patient presents with a chief complaint of nasal congestion of the sinuses. The patient denies the following recent symptoms: * Constitutional: denies chills, fever". This is completely wrong information In my medical chart. The lack of care in getting information correct makes me question everything about this place. What if I went into a coma and this was the only info anyone had to go off of? Super unprofessional.

Staff was nice and checked me in quickly. I had to fill out all the forms, which took about 15 mins, but I saw my therapist quickly after I was done filling out the forms. The therapist was kind, and the staff was also kind with me. Received great physical therapy for my back, and they explained everything clearly. The location is not too hard to navigate; my only issue is the place is incredibly old and run down. The hospital needs to invest money into the location to better improve the building and update all their equipment. Some of these tables and chairs are from the 80s; yikes. But other than that, the care I received was fantastic.

Every time I've come here, it's been a great experience…read more The provider and nurses are extremely caring and quick with the services that they provide. Their waiting area is always clean and so are the exam rooms. They always have cartoons or cool shows playing as well, so it's perfect for keeping kids occupied and entertained. They provide different types of care and work with a range of insurances. Call and ask before going in to make sure they can work with you. I changed my urgent care from the one closest to me and drive here instead just because of how nice they are here. I never wait longer than 10 minutes to be shown to a room. They're also open 7 days a week which is nice and do not require an appointment.
