I had the weirdest visit this week. Touched infected toe then finger straight to mouth. No sanitization. Gotta throw away the whole mouth now. Anyways, I told him I would still like the doctor to take a look because it looked hella infected. Doctor came in, and started arguing with me trying to convince me my toe was infected. I said, Sir, I agree. That is why I am here. He was annoyed with me and acting like I was fighting with him, Sir? Again? I said I agree? My toe is clearly infected? I'm here for some pills? The whole time the doctor spoke to me as if I was fighting him which was so bizarre. The only person in this equation who didn't think I had an infected toe was the male nurse who did not sanitize his finger. Anyways, giving it a 2 because I got my antibiotics.

Hands Down the Worst Medical Reception Service Ever! I was hoping after two years the service would…read morehave improved since my last review. Unfortunately, it got worse. I went in on Friday and arrived at 4:57 p.m. It was eerie since the reception and waiting area were completely empty. I waited and then another patient came. We tried to get someone's attention to alert them that there was no one to check us in. About 10 minutes later, a nurse came out and apologized. She was not sure why there was no one but was going to find out. Finally at 5: 15 p.m (18 minutes later) both receptionists came out. When I inquired why no one was aroud, they indicated their supervisor was having a meeting with them. To be fair, the doctor that eventually saw me, provided me with excellent service. Nevertheless, this does not take away the fact that the front desk was left unattended. Yelpers for years have posted reviews indicating a problem with the service at this location. In this case, it is the supervisor who inexplicably pulled both receptionists during regular work hours to hold a meeting and leaving the reception unattended. Why couldn't the supervisor meet with them individually and maintaining at least one person to attend the reception area? If this is true, the supervisor showed bad judgement and professional incompetence. Most importantly, why is Cedar Sinai allowing this subpar service to fester this long?

I asked for some toilet paper while I was in the restroom and these rude, disrespectful, worthless pains in the butt who were going around checking blood pressure, told me to use my damn hand. My hand!! I wasn't about to do that so I got my roommate to get the TP for me and it was not an issue for him. Then I approached the two floor staff members in the hallway and demanded an apology. Only one of them apologized which makes me suspect it was the short, chubby one who said it. So I won't be returning to that psyche hospital in the near or far future. They can stand to improve majorly. I am extremely dissatisfied with the care I received all in all.
