The receptionist, Ashley, was very helpful and pleasant on the phone, and again when we arrived in person. The facility is immaculate, comfortable and modern. There was no wait, we were seen immediately. The nurse, Ashley, was kind and professional. She made us feel like we were in capable hands. The doctor was the best medical professional I have ever encountered. She was extremely compassionate, and quickly and calmly addressed my son's needs. Major con: Although advertised on their website, they do not take Blue Shied of CA. I went in for a pretty standard analysis (that I've had done at other Urgent Care's) and not once was I notified that Blue Shield was out of network. I paid a $20 co-pay, but to my surprise, received a bill in the mail for $151 weeks later. I called Blue Shield to open a claim and they were the one's who told me Miracle Touch was out of network. I contacted Miracle Touch to let them know they are misleading potential customers by advertising they take Blue Shield on their website, she told me she's never seen the website, but I should have been notified during my visit that they were out of network. I was not. Sadly, nothing to be done but pay the bill and write a yelp review for future BS customers. Pros: staff was extremely friendly and efficient. The space was also very clean. I arrived at 8:51 PM after calling earlier to verify hours, only to be rudely turned away and told they were "closing early for an infestation removal." For a clinic that promotes "Walk-ins Welcome" and professionalism, the experience was hostile, dismissive, and completely inconsistent with the values advertised on their website. I hope Aram Bulutyan and Hovhannes Kurghinyan review the footage from last night and properly address the front desk staff's conduct and retrains them on client care. Pimple faced Brenda or Debra was the worst and her counterpart being quiet was compliance with horrendous behavior. I would find somewhere nicer outside of the ghetto because they have hoodlums working reception. read more

I had to go to urgent care in the middle of the day from extreme nausea and I'm glad I picked this location. When you walk in, it's very clean and comfortably sterile looking. There is a tv and a small kid friendly area inside. The front desk staff is very calm nice and friendly. They answer the phone as well in a Kind manner; which is so underrated I was seen very swiftly, taken into room for vitals and to talk about what my reason for coming in today was. I was cared for with respect which is SO IMPORTANT and I am so grateful for the team. Thank YOU Dr Aram, Anita, Nane* and Rafael. My experience at this urgent care facility was truly delightful. I called prior to driving over to inquire about wait times. The front desk woman was extremely friendly and helpful. Once I arrived, the entire team went above and beyond to assure I was comfortable, taken care of, and provided some laughs as well. Plenty parking. Clean atmosphere. Dr was nice and understanding. They do accept medical if needed. They got us checked in quickly and attended to our needs. Answered all our questions. Extremely happy with our services. One tip, they should have someone that sounds a lot friendlier and welcoming answering the phones as oppose to someone that sounds like they hate their job. I'm so happy with the care we received at Miracle Touch. From the moment we walked in, the friendly staff was quick to see my daughter and they were so patient with her. There was barely any wait time and the toys in the waiting room were a great distractions while we waited for our results. The Nurse Practitioner was very informative and took his time to check her lungs even though she was being fussy. They really pay attention to every detail when it comes to patients health. The facility takes walk ins and the wait wasn't long for me, I went in to get some skin rashes I got checked out because of an allergic reaction and the doctor that assisted me was very very helpful and informative. Great urgent care experience. Close to Los Feliz and Silverlake, responsive by phone, and we had no wait. Staff were kind and efficient. I appreciated both the medical assistant and the nurse practitioner's thorough explanations as well as the testing they were able to offer. It felt much more comprehensive in terms of the testing offered as compared to other urgent care facilities I've been to for similar concerns. I came here after getting bit by my dog and the receptionist was so kind and professional, on top of that they were so quick, the doctor was very nice very helpful and honest, he was quick right to it I barely waited. This is a special gem with medical professionals and staff that care about their community. This urgent care operates on the principle of helping people. The office is pristine and comforting. Every single person at Miracle Touch was kind, patient, understanding, and calming. The receptionist, who I sadly did not catch her name, was welcoming and quickly processed my paperwork so I could be seen immediately. The intake technician, Rafi, took my vitals and a summary of my issue, and took his time to make sure I was comfortable. The medical provider Aram, who owns the urgent care, sat down and spoke to me for over 30 min, despite the fact I walked in at 8:45PM and they closed at 9PM. It is clear that Aram truly cares about his patients, and he took the time to listen to my issue and asked the right questions. He evaluated me like I was a member of his family, gave me his professional opinion, and then asked what I needed to feel better and sleep well that night. You wouldn't expect an urgent care to follow up with you but Aram set up a plan to follow up with me and guide me to the right place for further regular evaluation of my issues. I felt cared for in a way that I haven't experienced in a very long time with the US healthcare system. I couldn't have been more impressed with the compassion and value that was placed in my care and evaluation. I typically avoid urgent cares because they aren't usually a pleasant experience and care feel rushed and incomplete, but I have found my forever place with Miracle Touch.
