I submitted the requested information and, after receiving no response for several weeks, sent a follow-up email. Unfortunately, that follow-up also went unanswered. I understand that a firm may not have the capacity to accept new clients; however, a brief acknowledgment or response would have been appropriate. The complete lack of communication, even after a follow-up, was disappointing and, in my view, reflects poorly on the level of professionalism and responsiveness prospective clients can expect.

I called this office to get everything transferred from Tallahassee. It was about 5 minutes until they were closing and I spoke with Dan Cox who was so understanding and incredibly nice - also very personable. I was really stressed out and he made everything very simple. I needed to transfer my auto to Jax and add renters insurance as I was moving in the next day.
