WRONG I could not believe they went up 80.00 more and could only say because of my credit. I have only ever had one speeding ticket back in 2010-2011 paid it took defense driving course for Florida and Delaware at that time. No DUIsAnd very cautious as my line of work deals with children. I don't see what my credit has to do with me driving or my policy. Just another way for these agents to get a bigger wallet. At age 63 and learning still that loyalty and longevity of a customer and never having an accident or claim should speak something...But I will never recommend to any of my business relationships or personal. His prices were very reasonable, and he was quite thorough with the property. We walked around with him for the full four hours it took, and he was very helpful in pointing things out the whole time. He gave us his opinions on some needed repairs and was very patient in explaining exactly what he was seeing and why it was good/bad. His report was 40 pages with full photos, and he got it to us within 48 hours. He made himself very available for questions or concerns after the inspection. Overall, it really felt like he was an advocate for us as the buyers, which is refreshing when going through the home buying process. He gave us a lot of confidence in knowing exactly the state of the house so that we could move forward in negotiations.
