    Tonkatsu! Crispy and delicious.

This restaurant deserves each of its 5 stars. A breath of fresh air for Toowoomba emerging food scene. You walk through the automatic front doors and upstairs into an incredible open space, the smell of BBQ hits you straight away and you know you are in heaven. The diverse menu speaks to every foodie out there. Options include Gluten Free & Vegetarian but I would recommend the very popular Korean Fried Chicken. It is spectacular and the best value for money. There is a huge selection of drinks to choose from but you can't go past a bottle of Cass Fresh. It is Korea's Number 1 beer! Do yourself a favour and experience some genuine Korean BBQ as soon as possible. You won't regret it!

Pretty good entres but I wish they would have a large selection of Korean stews or soup other than kimchi jigae or soybean paste stew. Would be nice to have galbi too. Hope to come again next time. Also would love to see more side dishes (up to 5! Instead of just 3).

what a way to end the night. thanks guys!

BBQ is fine, but I hope the restaurant can cut the pork into slides to make them easy to cook. It will be great, If they can provide more Korean dishes in BBQ combos. Ultimately, it was a great experience with a lunch there though. Thx!

Ordered the Yakisoba & Asahi Dry Black beer. Pretty good atmosphere and meal for $24. Plus Gelatissimo is on the way back to the car.

This stylish Japanese BBQ seems incongruous to its suburban surroundings. The decor, menu and…read moreservice all seem to belong to an uppity city restaurant. Not that I'm complaining because where it's situated is convenient for me to get to plus there's easy parking. Shinbashi has a $35 all-you-can-eat Japanese BBQ which is always a popular option. I fyou go this route, make sure to try their fantastic wagyu and marble beef. However, my husband and I always splurge on their $99 Signature Selection for two. It includes these tasty additional extras like Bacon asparagus and Bacon rice cakes. There's also this buttery cheese, sweet potato dish which takes about twenty minutes to cook up on the BBQ but is worth the wait. The service here is great. They always remember to refill my green tea and there's this delicious complimentary soup which comes in a teapot that you can easily fill up on and ruin your dinner if you're not careful. If you live further afield, Shinbashi Yakiniku is definitely worth the drive out to Underwood.

Being a Japanese BBQ place you basically cook the meat on the hot plate in front of you and dip in delicious sauces before noming down. Staff are genuinely helpful. There's Japanese rice beer to match, though I didn't see how that was going to be consumed amongst the plethora of meats in front of me. Also good to know - the meat is delicious, because it is marbled with delicious fat. I went on a Tuesday night and it was packed. Defs popular amongst the locals.. Or those who know its there. So man up, make the drive, and give this place a go :)

However sadly NOT anymore!! Tried again last week to see if improving but alas, no. The fried chicken speciality is now only half the size, it used to be on a platter with glazed sweet potato slices and fried cashews in the plentiful chilli sauce. Also with three small sides of kimchi, mayo seaweed & fish cake. Then last week FOR THE SAME PRICE it was half the size on a bread& butter plate with minimal only sauce. No cashews or candied sweet potato. And NO sides at all!! Very VERY disappointing and probably the last time we will go there now. We must've eaten there more than a 100 times since they opened as it was our favourite but sadly not by more. End of an era. Even the menu has reduced from a book to a one sided sheet!!! Thank heavens for the Korean 'Thunder Chicken' a few K's up the road. They've been our saving grace. Larger menu but unfortunately no desserts, but unsurpassed hands down the best crunchy chicken I've EVER eaten. Now that place IS AMAZING, I just hope they never change.
