I cannot recommend Hot Asana Yoga enough!! I booked a surprise hot yoga session for my sister and…read moreher partner ahead of their wedding, and they went above and beyond in every single way. From the moment I called the studio and asked if they would be willing to help me make this surprise special for them (given that I live in the UK and wanted to do something for them all the way in Colorado Springs!) the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making the experience special. They made a custom wedding sign, wished them a happy wedding during class, played a special song, and even had flowers ready--every little detail was thoughtful and personal. My sister and her partner had never tried hot yoga before, and by the end, they were glowing, exhilarated, and could not stop raving about it. They can't wait to be married and come back regularly! The instructors were expert, professional, and so kind, creating a perfect balance of challenge and encouragement. The whole experience felt celebratory, joyful, and incredibly memorable. If you want a studio that truly cares about its students and goes above and beyond to make an experience unforgettable, this is it. We are beyond impressed and will be back again and again!!!

Went to replenish my account this week and was told I have 15 credits that expire in 2 weeks. Inquired about extending the expiration because of the misinformation I was provided but was declined? Was disrespectful informed it is my responsibility to keep track of my credits. Tactless and rude reply... I'll namaste my practice and money elsewhere.

I wish to publicly convey I believe there is an extremely serious issue within this organization;…read moreit has harmed me significantly and I have heard several other stories since being removed by the Owner of Yoga Satya and others not knowing why. In my specific case, a factually devoid assumption, was made through leadership organizational neglect leading to my wrongful membership revocation possibly though, abuse of power by the Yoga Satya Owner within the organization, that is Yoga Sata. For this reason and for the others I have heard from and believe because the pattern is so similar, I state in the strongest language in concern for community safety and emotional health. My recommendation after more than two years Loving Yoga Satya, friendships with guides and students, because of this horrible sudden, shocking to me, unjust ignorant termination without a stated valid reason or even inquiry to me, the author, Is avoid the organization. To each one of my friends there, guides not complicit or in knowing of this, I recommend strongly considering departing for your emotional safety, and for others to completely Avoid Yoga Satya and do not risk suffering the injury I have personally sustained, and do not even have a coherent reason for it, given. Wrongful Ostracization is a serious moral and safety matter. In my view, for a healing Org. Leadership to be silent about justification for any termination of a customer is unacceptable and harmful to our communities. Not once had any person identified any issue with my conduct, to the contrary, I was spoken of in appreciation and high regard and earned through Grace in open honesty and truth always as by The owner SO, guides and customers. Facts- Yoga Satya prior to July 2025, to my knowledge, had no "Dating Policy". Respectful outside relationships were encouraged; not dating. In July a policy came out, it seemed quite vague and unfitting as I personally, do not date, I only entertain mutually agreed to courtship, these work differently. I spoke with the owner with intent for specific clarity, 1, not understanding why a mutually close mutual friend had been removed from the org, and 2, why the policy had been published? Between the two topics it was about a 20-minute discussion. The owner wanted my opinion as an elder and leader of our community, and we regularly met after class as friends, and as leaders. Relative to relationship dynamics, and respect to community and spiritual leadership, the owner stated he appreciated my wisdom and that the way I described, was the "right way". INRE their "Dating "single policy statement, we agreed that if persons met outside the Org; communicated through private email, phone, etc., and were not doing things that would make the community uncomfortable it was not the Org's intent to control relationship dynamics or make any actual rules around the statement or anything at all done in private. A guide had asked me for coffee, not a date, I do not date, I only court with mutual intention, anyway were not able to get that meetup scheduled. I sent two emails, one stating to just ask me again next year as I didn't want the discussion to feel mandatory, though she brought it up initially. Wanting to make sure of clarity I mentioned in another second email if she was interested in a discussion in regard long term relationship, we could have that as a separate discussion. She declined and was very gracious and reasoned in declining the relationship discussion of the second email. The person CCed the Owner SO perhaps he saw it and thought we were secretly dating, and the two emails directly contradict such an assertion. the owner didn't ask me, only this dialog. I don't know why. "We need to chat. Please don't come to class. Not a fan of the recent behavior. We have had conversations about dating at the studio and feel completely betrayed. Boundaries were set and you crossed them. My response: No, they were not crossed, Colten. Everything I do is for my hearts keeper, God. I will not be shamed in unknowing of my Satya heart. Our discussion will be my farewell, if we have it, and I'd really like to do so and I'll leave that you to reply and schedule as you wish. Namaste Colten I Love you and Amanda and each person there I've had the honor to witness. Every thing has its time to live, and it's time to die. Nishlam. Owner: You're not even taking your actions into Account at all. Don't BS me or try to skirt around my point with the word play. I know I have had many serious conversations with you about student teacher relationships and dating at the studio and how that makes me feel. This is what ~EX Teacher did and you know how mad that made me. You were willing to put ~Recipient in a situation that you knew was frowned upon, then leave the studio if she said yes?!? So yes, lines were absolutely crossed. I really thought you were a friend. No need for farewell." That's it; Wow!! Never even asked me? that's abusive Leadership.

The atmosphere is lovely; she is very good about prefacing the work with the right questions so she knows exactly what to do once I am on the table. I have bad Rheumatoid Arthritis, and abhyanga is just the right thing for my joints; shirodhara is great for migraines or just for a stress-busting treat. I would recommend this highly to anyone, and have to all I know.

We found it in Rasayana's beautiful space. Kris Quinones is very gifted. I am grieving a major loss and was recently diagnosed with osteoporosis in my thoracic spine, leaving me emotionally raw to say the least. Kris understood. She took time to discuss my health issues and recommended treatment along with a plan moving forward. I decided on her Kati Basti and Sacred Stone Massage treatments. It was the first time I had Basti. Kris selected amazing oils that made their way into the tissues in my spine. I could feel the benefits immediately replenishing the bone and relieving pain as my entire body relaxed. The Sacred Stone was so much more than any hot stone massage I've had in the past. Kris's technique was special. Wonderful tools in talented hands. The massage, coupled with large heated stones melting the therapeutic oils deep, dissipated monumental stress due to grief; opening a pathway for my continued healing. I floated off into my own relaxation experience as Kris massaged oils, rotated stones and applied crystals. The meditation bell at the end of treatment gradually brought me back in a gentle way. I found the benefits to be similar to a deep tissue massage although the treatment is extremely mild. For the first time in months, I slept like a baby and woke rejuvenated. Two days have passed and my body continues to feel supple with unblocked energy flowing. My daughter received Shirodhara and Abhyanga bodywork. Her experience was rich as well. We are thrilled to have found Kris. I highly recommend Rasayana and look forward to experiencing more of her many Ayurvedic treatments. We are very lucky to have you in our area!
