She also offered to have me pick a spot near the door since it is a warm class. Her suggestion was helpful as I don't typically like hot yoga due to my age I just dropped in as I am visiting for the weekend. Class was 15$ but includes a free week of classes. I won't use it but it didn't cost anymore which is a nice touch for new students if you are local. I'm a former teacher and this was a perfect class for me this afternoon- challenging and forgiving. Loved the towels for sivasana. I recommend this studio!

I would usually practice here one or two nights each week. The studio is spacious, clean, and boasts a large selection of mats, blankets, blocks, bolsters, straps, etc. The restroom/changing area is large enough and decorated nicely. Marcee is a wonderfully patient and encouraging teacher. Often the attendees are of mixed experience levels and she will tune the class to suit the clients. Marcee is also very attentive and will give personalized instruction or focus on areas that you request. I took mostly the Vinyasa classes and some meditation. I also attended a weekend Acro Yoga workshop here. This studio is located on a fairly busy street, so noise from traffic can be heard inside the studio. This is really only a problem during certain times and if there's no music playing. Before/After class take the short walk north to the Arkansas River and check out all of the interesting murals - there's also a walking path along the river.

She took the time to gently guide me through the movements, helped me with my breathing, and offered support without ever making me feel uncomfortable or out of place. Coming here, I have gotten to benefit from a variety of workouts + the great benefits from the infrared heat! I can tell my body recovers quicker & I'm not as sore after a work out due to the heat & foam rolling built into the workouts! The front staff are also amazing! Caylea & Stacey are always so happy to see you when you walk in! You can really tell they are excited for you to be there!
