I considered SSRIs but it was a non-starter due to the withdrawal effects of using typical anti-depressants and the costs associated with continuing a regimen. I posted a breakdown of the costs below. After a 3 week (2 treatments/week) I can say that it was a life-changing difference in my mental health. For the testing, the psychologist did not seem like she knew what she was talking about. I received multiple tests and they forgot to test me for the main issue I went for and had to do it at home (that defeats the purpose.) I went in for my results and she was unable to 'confidently' diagnosis me. She also said I would receive the document she read off of when diagnosing me within 24 hours. It has been 1 week and I have called everyday that they have been open and I still have yet to receive it. They also refused to test me for something I requested to be tested for. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are unprofessional and never seem to know what they are doing. It seems like no one there went to college.

She assured me that billing would be handled in one invoice and that she would set up a follow-up appointment with me to review the results. That never happened. Instead, I received an additional invoice with unexpected charges. Despite calling multiple times and leaving voicemails, she never returned my calls. I even went to her office, waited over 30 minutes, and no one ever showed up--not her or her receptionist. To this day, I have not received my daughter's test results. When I disputed the charge with my credit card company, Sandra Boone-Sanford responded to them but ignored me entirely. She was forced to remove the charge, but then added a new "dispute fee" and continues to bill me monthly for it. This behavior is unprofessional, unethical, and feels fraudulent. Please read my review and the many other negative reviews--there is a reason people rate her so poorly. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The office door was locked, so I called and no one answered the phone. Our appointment was confirmed via the text message they sent out on Friday morning. This is very unprofessional and a huge inconvenience since I had to check out my daughter from school early. A phone call to reschedule would have been nice! We will be finding another therapist!
