Anthony advised me of some exercises that can be done to help with my condition and referred me to the surgical portion of the practice as a formality. I came to this location to see Hayden Frolo, PA and as soon as she came into the exam room she advised me that I needed to have a very serious surgery. I was caught off guard because this was such a different stance than what I heard from Anthony. She went on to tell me that I could lose my bodily functions and could become paralyzed if I didn't have surgery and even told me that I should do it before my auto accident case was closed out because my personal insurance might not cover it. I was shocked and advised that I wanted a second opinion before making such a serious decision. I could tell Hayden wasn't happy but oh well. I went to another orthopedic practice that treats most of the major sports teams in Atlanta and was seen by a surgeon who looked at my records and examined me and stated that I didn't need surgery. He advised that exercised and possibly physical therapy would be the best next steps and that surgery would be a last resort and that I wasn't there yet. I would not recommend this practice at all. They are all about the money and not concerned about the patient. They are unethical!!

Today I show up for my appointment 15mins early like I was asked and receptionist told me they had me down for Thursday...I couldn't do Thursday so I was just going to cancel but she said they could see me today at 2:00 which I agreed. Since I had 30mins I wanted to grab lunch but she said she was able to move me up and could be seen soon so I sat and stayed. An hour later I still wasn't seen so I left and won't be back.
