Absolutely horrible experience. Do not waist your time or your money. I have never left a salon this upset. They said they could do what I was wanting but after they started explained that they couldn't. I should 8-10 other ideas and was told ahead of time couldn't do any of them. We are talking basic nails here! After an hour and a half I left with basic French tips and they don't even look nice. I went in to get my nails filled. The guy used the rotary tool (dremel) on my cuticles. I could see chunks of skin flying from my hands. I didn't think to much about it, until he got some acetone (or other chemical) on my cuticles. It burned so bad when he walked away to get the polish I requested, I glanced at my fingers and they were bleeding. The ones that weren't bleeding were on the verge and very raw and sore. Then it came time to pay..... we walked up to the counter and he told me $55. Handed him my card and he handed me the receipt to sign. I scratched out the "tip" line, wrote $55 for the total and signed it. Handed it back to him with a cash tip. Checked the balance on my card later only to find they had taken $63 and change... I can understand a small "convenience" fee. But not $8.... super shady. Will not be back. read more

I got my nails done on Saturday and they are already chipping. Normally my gel lasts at least 3 weeks. Last time I went my polish discolored after 24 hours. The prices are way too high there for gel polish. The polish they use comes with a regular polish and a gel polish. So the gel doesn't cost any more than regular. It shouldn't cost $15 more for gel, and then it doesn't even last. Time to find a new nail place. read more

Wow! I can't believe the lack of quality and the high prices for this salon. A few weeks back I got a gel pedicure and my nails were cut extremely short, crooked, and the gel polish was flooding the cuticle. Apparently the owner did my nails. It was $75 which is CRAZY pricing for what I got. Also, I had an appt and they had me wait for 15 min. The also are not using correct tools. They used a "cheese grater" tool to get rid of calluses, which is not sanitary or the correct tool to be using - and is banned in many states due to spread infections. I will never ever return here again due to the quality versus price. read more

Took my 4 year old daughter here for her first manicure and wish I wouldn't had. We made an appointment, got there early and still didn't get in until 30 minutes after the appointment. I said I wanted her to go first but the guy refused even though he was doing her nails too. My nails were rushed, what usually takes about an hour-ish was done in less than 30 minutes. There was no cuticle clipping no prepping the nails, didn't push back my cuticles, nothing but putting the tips on and painting. I had to go home and get the excess glue and acrylic off myself. Him and another guy kept trying to get me to use Gel polish even though I told him no AT LEAST 5 times. He still proceeded to use it. My daughters turn came and I wanted a full manicure for her and told him to clip her nails because they were pretty long and he ran the file over them once, literally once and not even in a back and forth motion, just the forward motion, so it had no effect whatsoever. I gave him a picture of what she wanted. Black nails with a red accent nail that had a spiderweb on it. He said okay and still painted all the nails red. I tried stopping him and he wouldn't listen. It was my daughter's first experience and so I didn't want to stomp out of there without her getting something. Their website and signage says something along the lines of making sure you know the price before having service done because the price is final so I did just that. $45 for a Full Set+$18 for a child Manicure = $63, even though I continuously refused the gel service, I still received it, so we will add the $5 for it = $68. Tell me why it was $100 then? Never again. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. read more

However, I wouldn't ask for any kind of design as I did and though I could have said something about the color I'm still shocked with how different it is. The nail techs are good at there job and try to do there best. For a walk in salon they take there time doing it right! I have never had a acrylic nail pop off or anything. There price is a bit high but I think you get what you Pay for. I don't appreciate how they talk in a foreign language with each other. It makes me feel like they are gossiping about there customers or other staff. They all speak good English to the customers but not to each other. I respect and understand that they are not from the US but I don't feel like they need to gossip in a foreign language because some of us are fluent in other languages LOL I was shocked to hear what they thought of there high paying customers. Have tried this salon three times. If I'm on the fence about a place, I'll give it the law of averages. I had an appointment with Helen for a pedi and set of acrylics. Went for the basic pedi, (what I got last time and was pleased). One of my favorite things is to just sit and sit the massage chair while they do their magic. I wasn't in the chair maybe 15 minutes. Barely a soak no callous removal or heel scrubbing, NADA. The fastest and worst pedi I've ever gotten. I was very specific about my nails, showed her a picture of your old fashioned pink and whites I like to get. **side note After she moved me from the pedi chair and I sat down, she spent 15 minutes playing on her phone before she started my nails. I don't care if you want to check you messages etc. Bit to sit on your phone for that long when you have a client in front of you is no bueno.** She cut my nails down to nothing and glued white tips on. I asked why did she do that, said "it's a better way to start them." Never had that, ever I told her. She did not use pink acrylic, just clear. Not a huge deal. My biggest issue was the tips she glued on my middle fingers weren't wide enough. So she filed the sides of my nails down to "match" the width (see photo). The curing process wasn't long enough turn out so the top layer has started to wear off the nails. Not a great experience at all, Not pleased with the whole experience in general. They are one of the higher priced salons in the Valley, Quality of work not worth the price. read more

She was cold mannered and almost aggressive when filing/ shaping my nails. She asked if it hurt and I said it didn't feel good and then continued on. The customer service was pleasant. This is the second pedicure I have gotten here. Once over a year ago ended with an infection. I went back with a group a couple days ago and now have another toe infection. I asked before he started working on my feet if the tools were sanitized, and explained my previous experience. I now have a VERY INFECTED toe that I have been trying to treat with peroxide and alcohol at home. I may need to see a doc to get this under control. Very sad as the staff is very nice. read more

The women was very rude to us, would not let us sit together and was arguing with us the whole time. We booked a pampering day for my sisters wedding. When we arrived the lady was very abrupt and rude. She had to ask us many times what we wanted. Because we had one less person than expected, we didn't qualify for a group discount. But she acted very irritated with us about that. She was rough with my nails and filed into my toes causing small cuts. It was very painful and hard to walk for days after. She left me sitting while she helped others with no explanation. No congratulations for the bride or smile. However, the guys that helped us were sweet and kind. Qu and Henry. I would never go back! I don't recommend this place sadly its already hard to find a good nail tech and i tried this place twice once for a pedi and this time acrylics and was both times very disappointed. Both where with the men in this store. They seemed to be very annoyed with having to do my nails. The worst part was how they took no time they rushed trough the whole process didn't care to ask me if i liked it and my acrylics in the pictures where so thick and wide i was embarrassed and he made my thumb bleed wich was also unpleasant. But i payed 60$ for a mani with acrylics wich i then had to file off all my nails myself and paint over them because of how fat and chunky they looked and ill put in a picture of the inspo picture that i had showed him wich where very fine and delicate nails not fat or wide and the color was totally off too. Very disappointing because i gave them another chance but i will be trying to find a really good tech hopefully in the valley. This is also my first review if ever written and normally wouldn't do this haha hopefully this helps. I had first gone to this salon on Mother's Day to get a pedicure. It was a decent pedicure but my nail tech didn't talk to me so it was awkward. Then I had gotten my nails done with a full set with a very warm and personable nail tech. I then came back for a fill and I had my appointment scheduled, I came in early so I can pick a color out and I didn't mind waiting a bit. My nail tech then doing my fill did not want to talk to me and had this attitude like I had pained him to fill my nails.
