The place was not busy and they were able to accommodate me as a walk in. No complaints really, but not an over the top experience either.

I needed my flakey gel removed and wanted to give House of Nails a try. I called a few hours prior to when I wanted an appointment and they were SO friendly and accommodating on the phone. When I walked in the door, I was immediately greeted. Which-- isn't the case in other nail salons. The music was relaxing. There are live plants growing. The technicians all had a very kindly and upbeat personality. I immediately felt at ease. Instead of the typical waiting period, I was seated by a nail technician right away. I said I wanted to have the gel polish removed and have a standard manicure. She wasn't pushy in trying to upset me (which has happened at other places). She took the PROPER steps involved in removing the gel from my nails by wrapping the nail. Other places have ruined my nails, leaving a paper thin carcass behind, by only using the sanding/grinding machine. I was so grateful for her thorough and gentle removal! She took the time to clean up my cuticles, file to my liking, and massage my hands. Her painting was immaculate. Zero nail enamel on my skin. I was impressed - but then I was told today there was a discount being offered. HECK YES! Please do yourself a favor and check this place out. The nail tech out the wrong color. I gave her a pastel yellow and she painted a very different orange color that I did not ask for, but she insisted it was the same. The manager was being childish and rude about correcting the mistake. I had to ask multiple times to make sure it was smooth, and the color was correct. I also had to ask for third coat. All the staff members were rude and very unfriendly, I would not recommend coming here if you want nice nails. read more

Went to get a gel manicure and pedicure today. This was my first time at this location, my family just moved to Kalispell. Needless to say I walked out. Nail tech had a terrible attitude and was completely over pricing me. They wanted to charge me $10 for my hands and feet to just remove the gel I already had on. I don't do reviews, but this was SO BAD! I've been here a couple times and it just keeps getting worse. Me and my friends would come all the time and they won't come anymore because of the service. Neither will I now. I called and asked for a fill. When I got there, they did not greet me. I got waved over like I was an inconvenience, no small talk. Then the girl proceeded to rip off my nails in a hurry the pain was unbelievable. I finally said ouch! She said: "I'll soak them off". She starts filling my nails so harshly as she's going off, I assumed it was about me so I turned on google translate and they were talking badly about me. Hahaha I mean I always knew they talked crap about people but we live in the world of technology they should be more careful. So classless. She filled so aggressively because she was talking crap and literally cut me I started to bleed and she was shocked that she actually was pressing so hard that it tore my skin. She said "Oh! Sorry." Again, I was an inconvenience because I was bleeding. She put SUPER GLUE ON MY CUT and just kept going. It was so painful. They then charged me for a full set even though I said it was a fill and her excuse was because two of my nails were lifting they charged full price. Literally charged me twice as much. I always tip, I didn't this time and it was hard for me but I just couldn't. They should have gave it to me for free for putting me through SO MUCH PAIN. I literally have a cut on my finger and my nails are throbbing from them being forcefully ripped up. HORRIBLE experience. They have lost so much business over the years, the locals here are sick of them and I get why now. read more

First time at House of Nails and I was politely greeted and seated right away. All the other customers were also waited on quickly. Anne was my nail tech and she was terrific. I have ridgidity (muscle locks up) from my medical condition and she was very empathetic and patient. I'm very satisfied with my nails. I got a full set with gel cat's eye. The total time was about an hour. I have already recommended this business to family and friends. I will be continuing my patronage there. read more

One thing I can say is that their attention to detail is imprecise. My service included leg waxing, pedicure and a dip manicure. No rush jobs on any of these services which was apparent with the outstanding results! I definitely recommend this salon. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because if you use a credit card they charge the provider fee for you to pay. I have never had that happen anywhere else. But considering the fee is roughly 3-4% it's not so much. If that really bothers you then take it out of their tip! read more

We made appointment's for 2 manicures and 2 pedicures at 2 pm. We walked in the tech inquired and my sister said we had appointments for us and my two nieces. They acted surprised. We were then told they would do the pedis for us first and then the girls mani's. We were taken back and sat for 15 minutes in pedi chairs no water in the bowl just sat there totally ignored. We walked out. We have been before and had a great experience this time not so much walked across the street and got right in. read more

My friend and I went here for my birthday to get a pedicure. We were greeted immediately, and seated quickly after choosing our nail color. The salon is very nice inside. They had a cute little soap/lotion bar. Very nice chairs, with options for a massage, they give you an ice cold water bottle, and it's a clean and Calm environment. The nail techs are also great. They're Friendly, they know what they're doing, and did a great job on our nails. Bonus, they're affordable! 10/10 would go here again, and boy, do I plan to. read more

Such a nice staff. There are only 2 estheticians currently working here so getting 2 pedicures scheduled together was a little bit of a challenge. Vivi was very accommodating and was able to move appointments around so that we could get our pedicures together. Both estheticians did an amazing job. We will definitely be back! read more
