I had tried a number of places (in Kalispell) last summer while I was here and left disappointed every time. Made an appointment with Savannah for a Thursday afternoon, about an hour and a half before my appointment she called and said her previous appointment hadn't shown and if I would like I could come in earlier. Thought that was very professional and kind. It's the cutest little shop at the end of town, very clean and well done. It's two techs the owner and Savannah. I have acrylics, usually do pink and whites but wanted an all over color. Explained to Savannah what I was looking for, I must say I am super impressed. She was quick but not sloppy very meticulous with her work. She was engaging, intelligent and just sweet as can be. Had a great conversation the whole time! I am so happy to have stumbled upon this shop, especially being new to the area and not having recommendations to rely on. I love my nails she really did an amazing job. Want a great nail place that is full of Western hospitality and has a down home feel look no further then Oh Kellys! Highly recommended!

I went into the hair salon expecting rejection but I was waited on very quickly. The stylist was Jessica Goodself. Jessica had just had a cancellation and was willing to take me. I let her know that I wanted to cut my long hair and get it styled. I have an idea of an old hairstyle are used to have but I knew I needed to do something a little bit different so I asked her for her opinion. She put some things up online and looked at the picture I had and I told her that as long as it was in that ballpark she could do whatever she needed to do because she's the stylist and would know. She was quick and efficient. She was very attentive and checked with me every step of the way. I very much appreciate the hairstyle I came out with and they're very good customer service. I would highly recommend Jessica to anybody. I was very pleased overall. The salon Is clean, beautiful, warm, and the staff are awesome.

When I came in, they had 2 people working and they had to call in more employees last minute. The salon was extremely dirty and unsanitary. If you look at their equipment, there is grime on everything. They advertised a deal online for 2 for $65 pedicures, but when it came to pay, they charged us $65 for each pedicure. When asked about the deal (literally advertised everywhere on the website and the location on Google) we were told that "they didn't give us that menu in the salon" so they would not give us those prices. The pedicure was extremely rushed, they did not exfoliate at all, if anything my feet are worse than before. They butchered a lot of my girls nails. The only one who did a good job was Kevin. He did my manicure and did a very nice job.

He said yes of course, and asked if I likes the ombré colors, and asked my favorite colors. David proceeded to amaze me with this pink and white ombré nail that looks so natural and very pretty. We had good conversation, the equipment was clean, and he was very nice. Squeezed in a pedicure afterwards and had a very positive experience. My nails are beautiful, very pleased. Will definitely be back.

Next time I'll ask for quiet, which is what I should get for a $50 pedicure.
