I had tried a number of places (in Kalispell) last summer while I was here and left disappointed every time. Made an appointment with Savannah for a Thursday afternoon, about an hour and a half before my appointment she called and said her previous appointment hadn't shown and if I would like I could come in earlier. Thought that was very professional and kind. It's the cutest little shop at the end of town, very clean and well done. It's two techs the owner and Savannah. I have acrylics, usually do pink and whites but wanted an all over color. Explained to Savannah what I was looking for, I must say I am super impressed. She was quick but not sloppy very meticulous with her work. She was engaging, intelligent and just sweet as can be. Had a great conversation the whole time! I am so happy to have stumbled upon this shop, especially being new to the area and not having recommendations to rely on. I love my nails she really did an amazing job. The owner AJ was personable and professional. He offered me a complimentary beverage and turned on the massage chair while I was having my nails done. While sitting relaxed I noticed that the salon was very clean. AJ did my manicure while another pleasant employee did my pedicure which allowed me to get done and on my way quickly. I let her know that I wanted to cut my long hair and get it styled. She put some things up online and looked at the picture I had and I told her that as long as it was in that ballpark she could do whatever she needed to do because she's the stylist and would know. All I had really decided was that I wanted a fill with a lighter color, and asked if I could try the dip powder fill. He said yes of course, and asked if I likes the ombré colors, and asked my favorite colors. David proceeded to amaze me with this pink and white ombré nail that looks so natural and very pretty. We had good conversation, the equipment was clean, and he was very nice. Squeezed in a pedicure afterwards and had a very positive experience. My nails are beautiful, very pleased. Will definitely be back.
