When I went up to ask why it was so long when I had an appointment, she was kind, told me she was sorry about the long wait and asked if I wanted to re-reschedule. Kristen was efficient, cheerful, and professional when she did my triage and x-ray. She also apologized for the wait. Abu Kamala,NP was my physician. He listened to my problem, order an x-ray and then came in and answered all my questions and told me the diagnosis In checking me out Alicia was also kind and professional. I would definitely recommend the Kent Island urgent care when needed. Entire staff showed kindness and sincerity.
