During the appointment Emily took her time and really made sure I was comfortable. She even cleaned my lashes beforehand and spent a long time drying them. As a result my lashes still look really good after two weeks, which is a lot longer than lashes I've received from other places (because I tend to not take the best care of them lol...) I love that Mio has so many technicians available and that their online booking system is so easy. I was able to snag a last minute appointment while I was in town. I wish I lived in SoCal, because this would definitely be my go-to lash place.
