I have been coming to Vivid Lashes consistently for a few months now and I cannot recommend them enough. Each lash artist is so talented and takes the time to ensure you get the lashes you want. I love a natural wispy lash and the classic wispy set does it for me every time. I would especially like to highlight Nancy Lu to take the time to make sure you're extra comfy with a blanket and music on. I would highly recommend!!!

I've been coming here off and on for 2 years and Vivian is my go to lash person. She's very kind and gentle and her work is consistently great. I switch between hybrid volume or just the hybrid lashes. Their prices are reasonable and the lash fall out is minimum. I can go 3-4 weeks without fill and my lashes still look full. Overall i highly recommend them read more

I love this place! They do a really good job with my lashes and have a lot of availability for when I want to book. My only slight complaint is that they can take a little longer than I'm used to, but I believe it's because the girl is so careful and maybe a little OCD (not a bad thing) and wants to get them perfect. I've been to many places in the area and they do them just how I like them. It's wispy and full without looking fake and overdone. I think it['s because of the type of lashes they use. The individual strands are thinner. read more

So I got a cat eye 9-15 MM Lashes and trust me vivi was an amazing tech. She helped me out and everything was great and I appreciated everything they did for me. The sad reality is that these lashes got uncomfortable not even a week out. I left feeling great I felt confident and everything was expected but I combed my lashes avoided water to the eye the full 9 yard of care just to have major fallout with one eye and the other eye I saw how the lashes started growing out and you really understand how it was applied once they grow and and as you can see the right eye is super uneven and clustered . When they are at the base or an least close to the lash base they look very fresh and plump and won't tangle because they are setting with glue but growing out they will pull and feel very uncomfortable if they were not applied right. I enjoyed them for 2 weeks. Wanted to make an appointment for a 2 week fill but I'm just scared to go back now because this is not how I wanted it to go. I appreciate all the women that work here but this was not a satisfactory job with how it grew out. I'm just crossing my fingers I was just an unlucky one out of the bunch. My eye is severely irritated because of the clumps now. The lash glue crumbles in my eye when I go to sleep. UPDATE: I did not get them done again here! Looking back at this I'm really disappointed at how these lashes came out. I did get a full refund but I let them keep the tip because I was heavily pregnant when I came in and they assisted me throughout the whole process because I got very uncomfortable. My lashes are still in ! They are very clumped and I just purchased remover for them. I feel very bad for writing this review but I'm so sad because there's been so much damage to my lashes and I've never felt this way before. My lashes are so clustered that they irritate when I close my eyes. I'm coming from Bliss lashes because my favorite tech was no longer there. I've completely given up on getting on eyelash extensions. Looks are deceiving and they look great when they are fresh but 1-2 weeks out and you can visibly and physically tell when they are done right and this wasn't it. Vivi was a nice technician but this damaged my eyes and hopefully no one else has this experience. read more

I love that Mio has so many technicians available and that their online booking system is so easy. I was able to snag a last minute appointment while I was in town. Vivid Lashes is the ONLY place to go for long lasting, quality lashes and service. Their response time is fast, especially through social media. The owner is personable and remembers me and details we've discussed in the past, bringing that personable touch remembering her customers. They take care of their loyal customers. The lounge area is beautiful with a wall full of flowers, and the perfect spot to snap a selfie after they have worked their magic. The appointment typically lasts 2 hours, and it shows their commitment to thorough, long lasting lashes. I have never gone to another salon and been as satisfied as I am with Vivid Lashes. I sampled many locations in the Inland Empire before finding Vivid and they stand well above the rest. Other locations would be too fast and light on the application. Some as quick as 30 minutes and they would fall off within a week. Vivid Lashes last easily 6 weeks (I do take care and I don't use mascara because it isn't needed with the volume YY lashes I get). You won't be disappointed here. My lash artist was Elaine today and she was excellent. Such care in her touch to ensure no discomfort, even on practices such as removing tape. I almost don't want to post a review because then others will find out how amazing Joyce is! I want to keep her all to myself lol Her work speaks for itself. I've had bad experiences with Lash technicians in the past that I almost gave up on eyelash extensions but then I found Joyce. She is so patient and gentle but yet her work is the best I've ever gotten are used to think it was normal for like 10 lashes a day to fall out I have never had this good of retention by any other artist. If you're new to eyelash extensions and I looking for someone long-term Joyce is the best choice she will not let you down she is amazing read more

I am so happy with the lashes that Joyce does. I almost gave up on eyelash extensions because if I accidentally rubbed my eyes the extensions would irritate my eyes and I couldn't imagine going through life without rubbing my eyes. Well Joyce uses soft lashes so I never have irritation. People always think that I have naturally beautiful eyelashes as well. I would definitely recommend giving her a try. read more

Vivid Lashes is AMAZING, I go to Nancy and she never disappoints. My lashes are on point every time, and I get so many compliments. Pricing is reasonable and it's even better as it's two minutes from home. I have gone to other lash artist there too and they are just as great too.
