This is a very cool small business and a gem in Lake Country. Excellent for getting special one of a kind items. Awesome conversation starters and gifts for anyone who loves the Lake House or Beach House lifestyle. I saw items for pets, some really high quality Wisconsin made candles, and excellent ideas for bridal party gifts. Make it a point to visit if you're looking for things not everyone else has. Highlights: Lake Country theme decor, hoodies, t-shirts. Very comfortable soft textures. Awesome for anyone who lives in Pewaukee, Delafield, Hartland, Merton, Nashotah, Chenequa, Okauchee Lake, Oconomowoc, Summit, Wales, Genesee and Lac La Bell. She told me that the cloths on the wall are all $9.95 and the price of the others. I immediately found something that stood out and was the perfect size. And it was on the $9.95 wall. Sounds like a perfect experience. Not! When I went up to the counter I told her I found something that stood out. She said that is great! In such a fake voice. There was a young employee there and as the manager was processing the transaction, she was talking down to her and telling her what to do as she was supposed to know. I could see that the girl was embarrassed and I felt bad for her. This made me uncomfortable. What I would like to say to this manager, is micromanaging does not work! Google it! This young girl would make a better manager as maybe she already has more experience on how to treat people. I will most likely never go there again because of this experience. She was rude, fake and something I never want to encounter again. To the girl that was working there: I hope you find a job where you are respected honey! All the best to you!

Maurice's is a fantastic store to get trendy (but will also last through the various crazy fashions…read moreand won't look outdated) casual, business casual, and special event attire. I love this location because I feel they always have a size run in the newest styles, whereas other locations may be sold out of an item - and similar items - in a particular size. Anytime I'm in the mood for a new outfit for work, every day, or vacation, I head to Maurice's. They also have cute jewelry and shoes. Catch them at the right time and they have amazing clearance sales! I often have a difficult time envisioning outfits, and Maurice's does a superb job with their mannequins and displays. I usually end up purchasing the outfit/items on display and sometimes right off the mannequin. The sales associates, particularly at this location, are very friendly and helpful; I like how they offer suggestions once they see what you are looking for, and if you aren't having any luck in the fitting room. If you are just browsing, they are not pushy - which I really appreciate! This store is, on average, pricey than Kohl's. However, the items are of better quality and are targeted to being a more "timeless" fashion rather than what's hot right now. I have gotten *so* many compliments on my work outfits that I purchased from this store; and even after years of wash and wear, they still look great. If you can't tell, I'm definitely a fan!
