I was searching for my senior prom dress and I was very pleased with the WIDE selection of styles, colors, and designers of dresses!! I had some dress ideas in mind going into the store and the ladies were extremely helpful in finding similar styles and suggesting dresses to try on as well! Such a great business, I would recommend this place to anyone in search of a stylish and unique dress! The owner was very quick to offer alteration tips as well, everything was very convenient. I found the perfect dress, but it was just a little tighter than I would have liked.. they were able to order the dress and have it to me the following week! The lady called me fat and told me I was gonna rip the dress if I zipped it. She proceeded to zip the dress and it in fact did not rip. She then told me if I moved my leg the slit would rip. This was terrible customer service and would not recommend to anyone. So disappointed. read more

Today we went in to look for a dress for my daughter for prom. We tried to get there early because I knew it would get busy. Well, it was already very busy 20 minutes after opening. I was a little concerned, but there was no need to be. Although it was busy, everyone who helped us was pleasant and very patient considering the lines. They helped find dresses we were interested in and even brought additional dresses to try that they thought we'd like. We ended up ordering a dress. We left there very happy and impressed with the business. Can't wait to see my daughter in her beautiful dress!! read more

Ordered my daughter's prom dress from this store. They were helpful enough, and the dress came in on time. However, it took a long time to schedule a fitting for alterations, and when we got the dress, it still didn't fit my daughter all that well. It was wrinkled, and when I asked if they would press or steam it, I was told that they don't do that...I needed to do that myself. We paid over $400 for the dress and alterations - having it READY to wear should have been included. I will not be shopping there again, and I have 3 more daughters who will probably be going to prom over the years. read more

I wish there was an option for zero stars because my experience was just terrible. As soon as I walked in the worker just seems upset that we were there she was snobby and acted like we weren't important. Then my friend that came with me was barely even stepping on the dress I was trying on but the worker shoved her off the dress. She could have kindly said to my friend excuse me but would you be able to step off the dress. Not SHOVE her off. Then my friend tried helping me unzip the dress but then the worker said no don't do that and proceed to try and unzip my dress and I said no I'm ok I can unzip the last few inches when I get in the dressing room. Then she continued to follow me into the dressing room and said no you aren't allowed to do that and I said I'm sorry but I don't feel comfortable with you touching me because the dress zipper was on my butt. She said no I've seen everything so I don't care and I quickly moved away and said I don't care what you've seen it's my body and I don't feel comfortable with any stranger touching or seeing my body. She then said then I can't try on any more dresses and I said that is fine by me because I'm not going to stand here feeling this uncomfortable. She also told me to come back when my mood changes, which is so out of line. I WILL NOT be coming back and I will never suggest this place to anyone. read more

If there was an option for a zero stars, Dressed In Time earned it. This past Sunday, my sisters and I along with my mother went prom dress shopping there. We were not greeted or welcomed by any sales associates and there were none in sight. SO we started browsing dresses and holding on to the ones we liked so that we can take it to the dressing room. When a sales associate finally noticed us, she rudely took the dresses from me and said that only associates were allowed to get the dresses down. I understand maybe that is a rule (no signs posted though, maybe we would know if someone had greeted us) but did not appreciate her attitude or the lack of respect in her voice. My sister got a dressing room and started trying on dresses. I was standing outside of her stall when a different associate walked by and rudely said "EXCUSE ME." to me. I was completely baffled by now and trying hard to hold in my anger. My sister tried on the first dress that I picked out for her and fell in LOVE with it. The sales associate took it upon herself to criticize my sister's body by suggesting all kinds of alterations because "She is too petite" and it does not suit her body, etc. Really?? I told my sister that she should try on other dresses before she decides since that was the first dress she tried on. We quickly left the store. In the car, she decided that was the dress she wanted and she wanted to go back for it. You know what? I spent an hour looking for the same exact dress on the internet so that she can order it online instead. There was no way in hell I was going to give my money to a business who treats customers the way we were treated at Dressed In Time. I have no idea how they are still even in business but I hope for not much longer. read more

I have two high school daughters and always seem to need alterations for this or that. Dressed in Time has taken fantastic care of my girls alteration needs. Sughra, the seamstress, is spot on and does a fantastic job. The altered clothing fits perfectly and was done in a timely manner and was affordable. The storeowner, Sue, is friendly and attentive as well! I highly recommend this shop! read more

NEVER GOING AGAIN! I went with my best friend to look for a prom dress and the service was horrible. As soon as we walked in we were rudely greeted by the lady at the front desk and when my friend asked about the return policy that she'd seen the lady shut her down very quick and said there wasn't one and that my friend was wrong. Then she rudely grabbed the dresses that we liked out of my arms and took them away. When my friend came out in her first dress the the lady came by and i was accidentally standing on the very end of the dress but instead of asking me to move off the lady PUSHED ME aside. Then later when my friend was trying on another dress she went in the room to unzip it and the lady insisted that she had to do it. My friend politely said she wasn't comfortable with the lady touching her behind and said that she would rather have me unzip it the rest of the way. The lady said that wasn't possible and if my friend wanted to continue to look at and try on dresses she would have to let the lady do it for her. The lady had no respects for my friends boundaries and we will not be going there again. read more

Rude - my daughter - who is a size 10 - was told there was nothing there in her size. When my husband went back to ask the shop owner about it, she said that is not what happened. She called me a liar! I will never go there again. read more
