We were able to get out the door eventually, but he kept us there against our will for at least a minute and that's just all kinds of wrong... DONT GO HERE!!! Literally got a car less than two months…read moreago. Went to check out the inventory and they begged for a $1500 deposit when we told them we'd have one in two weeks w a greater amount. After we said we weren't buying that day the lady, DEE, dismissed us. So, we come back two weeks later and choose a car and see that the cap for the start button is broken and ask for that to get fixed ... long story short two months later and it's still not fixed. When we got in the car, we noticed the audio wasn't working and had to come out of pocket to fix that despite having a warranty. A month and a half later the engine light turns on , mind you the car had no a/c from the jump, and then a week later the car cuts off while I'm turning on an intersection. Currently it's at a shop (they suggested for us) and it's being fixed but the warranty also doesn't cover that as well.... So basically the warranty is only for getting your money back if you disapprove of your purchase. I've seen other reviews and I'm scared to ask for the money back because I've heard they don't even give that back to you as well. This is the ghetto-est place to buy a car from and I suggest you buy from somewhere else or just buy out right at this point ... they don't help you w anything, they tell you they will call you back but they don't , they say the will fix things on the car and will have you waiting weeks for your car to get serviced (if it does) and WORST YET... every car on the lot is overpriced and fuckd up!!!!! DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST AT ITS FINEST!!!
