The receptionist and all the staff I interacted with were incredibly nice. Dr. Kerr saved the day by reattaching my crown. Unfortunately, they're not in my network, so I had to cover 30% of the cost of today's visit. I was hoping to return for a consultation on some additional work I need done. She was turned away because the dentist was nervous about her voicing concerns about the pain of the needle while they told her that "it's gonna hurt pretty bad" and then demonstrated by pushing up against her gums with the qtip they had in her mouth to show her how bad it was going to hurt. Absolutely ridiculous that they are supposed to be licensed professionals but can't deal with a woman feeling nervous about a needle. How do you expect them to deal with your kids that are nervous??
