I found myself stripping off the fried part of the chicken and just eating the meat with the curry which tasted very good.

The popular Gai Pad Khing main course was def better especially with the aid of a homemade chili sauce. I wasn't wowed but pleased. Service was fine although it was slightly annoying when the credit card machine didn't work. Fortunately we had enough cash on us so we didn't wind up in the kitchen washing dishes! Special alert!! - I'm adding this to the review a few weeks later. Even though I paid in cash when I was told the credit card machine didn't seem to be working, this restaurant still charged my credit card as I saw when I got my credit card statement. Be aware of this practice and be sure to get a receipt if you pay in cash after they take your credit card, put it in the machine, and then inform you that the credit card machine isn't working!

I enjoyed it and would highly recommend it. One last thought. The area surrounding Thai Lotus is like a warehouse district. So don't think your lost when searching for the restaurant.

Twenty minutes later, thinking chicken and noodles shouldn't really take this long, I stood up and one of the employees asked me whatt I had ordered; turns out my food had been ready at least five minutes but they had just forgotten to so much as announce when it was ready.
