With COVID having affected and changed so many lives in more ways than one since March 2020 (well…read moreover a year now as of this writing), psychologists and therapists have been in such high demand! I came across DalyBeth and Positive Health Hawaii after searching around for places that had openings and/or were accepting new patients, which as expected was super hard to come by and especially within a short time. Having been living alone and hardly able to see the closest friends for the last year now along with dealing with lots of tension within another organization that I'm working for on a part-time basis, I've been trying to seek help with my mental health and depression that has literally taken its toll on my life, I am very thankful for DalyBeth! She has been willing to listen to my situation and stories and has made plenty of helpful suggestions on helping myself relieve stress from my life. Now although I haven't gotten to some of them quite yet and admittedly may not be comfortable doing certain ones just yet, I've taken lots of notes and been trying to put her advice to great use.
