He proceeded to navigate me through several potential fixes. None worked and it was determined I was hacked and locked up by someone who "really knew what they were doing." The quote that they gave me was not the lowest nor the highest. I think staples put in a bid from their national center for slightly less (like $50). What I soon realized though is that the quality of the product I was quoted from Palm Desert Printing was vastly superior to everyone else.
