I used this company to manage my Palm Springs property as a short term rental. I can say they list with a LOT of sites (including Airbnb and VRBO) so it will rent out the max 26 times a year that Palm Springs allows. I will say we had a few communication issues and I think they do very well managing the surrounding desert cities but Palm Springs is a beast with its rules and regulations. Cleaning crew is fantastic and all over it when guests check out. read more

We had an amazing stay at this property in Orlando! The spacious and clean house was perfect for our relaxing family stay after our days at the Disney parks. The kids loved the themed rooms and the adults loved the comfortable and beautifully decorated rooms! We loved coming home to unwind in the pool and end the night as a family in the movie theater. We were able to make meals in the fully stocked kitchen and also dine at nearby restaurants. The proximity to the parks made it convenient and fast to get there at opening. We were also able to spend our days in between parks enjoying the resort pool, spa, and gym. We can't imagine a smoother vacation due to the clear directions and prompt responses from the host. If you want to be on Live video and recorded during your stay, this place is for you. Eddy Estrada and his voyeuristic Smarter Property Management team spy on you the entire time. Creepy! Eddy has positioned the cameras to focus right on the hot tub and made my teenage daughters very uncomfortable. Law enforcement should investigate this home. We scanned the interior house and found surveillance activity too. Dirty home, flies everywhere. Eddy writes too many emails, and you never feel at ease in this house. Do not rent this place unless you want to feel like you're in prison. read more

My wife and I were looking for a place to go for the Labor Day weekend, and La Quinta fit the bill. After searching many homes, we found the perfect one- Casa Santiago at PGA West (Jack Nicklaus course). This home has 3 bedrooms with 3 baths. A fully serviced kitchen (pots, pans, skillets...), everything you might want to do some serious cooking. And, if the mood strikes you, their 5 burner propane BBQ is sitting there waiting to be used. With the BBQ, along with an assortment of tongs, knives and spatulas, we were ready to do some serious steak cooking. The write-up for Casa Santiago stated that the house was fully stocked- spices for the kitchen, wine and beer openers for your various beverages, along with soap and fabric sheets for the laundry. It even has large pool towels for outside in the pool area- recliners, patio table and chairs were a nice relaxing touch. There is also an available golf cart. We took advantage of it and paid the extra fee for it. The cart is allowed on the streets within the PGA Wast compound and on PGA Blvd, to visit the other PGA West courses and homes (it has a transponder to open the "owner" gates at the various entry points. I needed to contact the host (Eddy) once or twice for info on things, and he responded quickly each time. This was our second time at PGA West and it will not be our last. We will be setting up a visit sometime next year for our children and grandchildren to join us. We believe that this place is an absolute 10/10. read more

Went to sign on with them and spoke to Eddy the salesman on the phone. They said they charge 10% total, take professional pictures and everything sounded great. Drove down to speak with them and he had Cindy come to my house, she told me I had a nice pool and Eddy didn't have one like that in his network, put a lock box and arranged a cleaning. When it came time to sign my contract I read in the fine print that it was a 15% commission total, which he told me only 10%. When I called him and told him it was too much for 10% and 5% commission, he said I had it wrong, I told him great because I thought he was ripping me off, then he states that its 10% for the first month because of the work to get a tenant in, then multiplied my mortgage times 12 and took 10% of whole loan then added 5% if I wanted month to month management. When I told him so that's 15% total he told me no its not. Lol. He then called my old property management which I didn't give him permission to do and tried to tell me that 15% isn't much higher than 8%. Eddy then saw this review and wrote me 8 emails asking to take it down because the other reviews are from people renting their properties and mine is from trying to work with them to rent out mine, instead of just admitting he lied and should've been honest from the beginning. Beware, I think they're scammers and he's just a good sales person, there's better people and companies out there where their words match the contract in the beginning *ive attached my proof of payment for cleaning so youre not fooled by him again read more

I can only give Casa Del Rio a 5 Star review, because a 10 was not an option! Easily one of the most beautiful homes and views in the valley! Sunsets by the fire pit after a perfect day of soaking in the pool really hit the spot. The outdoor living at this property is top notch. From the grilling station to the jacuzzi and pool, it's hard to find a reason to come inside. That being said, the interior is the perfect set-up with (3) full sleeping arrangement all with kings (super comfy by the way) and individual Ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen is more than fully equipped. There is nothing that we wished we had at this property. My family and I are looking to book again as soon as possible. First I want to say WOW!!! This property was beautiful and if you love golf you have to stay in this place. I'm not a golfer, so I enjoyed the pool watching the golfers play. My wife and I are Minnesotans who have spent a month or so in La Quinta for the past 6 years. We have rented homes from a number of sources, each having a local property management contact (PMC). What we have learned is that once you arrive, see the property and have inevitable questions/problems the PMC is going to have more impact on your rental happiness than anything else. We were very pleased with the home we leased March, 2024 but more importantly we finally found a PMC that answers their phone and handles issues as they come up. A great company to work with that gives you a lot of attention to detail. When I first hired this company, Eddie provided us a great amount of detailed information on Property Management. Along with what he is able to do for us, and what is not included. I appreciate and respect when people are upfront with me versus- finding out at a later time, "that's not included". He gave us a great package for the long term. He was also able to put our property on the market, did all the shows and finally, leased it (by the way he checked in with us). He handled all of the qualification of the tenants that were applying, he understands what to ask for, does all the credit checks, employment checks and provides personal attention, to what I believe, is the most important part of the process. Getting the right tenant and, making sure that they're happy is very important. He did a phenomenal job finding the right tenant but again and most importantly, kept us in the loop. As time passed by in the lease process, I guess the greatest part of it is that, he is managing the whole process, when there are issues the tenants contact their company, they handle it, we don't get involved in management. This is well worth it from a property management perspective because all we hear about is "it was taken care of", and receive our monthly rent collected. We recommend this company to everyone and thank you Eddie for your professionalism and speediness on getting our property on the market! read more

Stayed at PGA West property in mid June. Eddy was very responsive to all my questions and was great to communicate with. Property was nicely decorated and most importantly very clean. The pantry was stocked with lots of items (ie coffee pods, coffee mate, sweeteners, spices etc). Beds had memory foam and were very comfortable. Backyard was the best with great pool/hot tub and mist system which was a life saver during 100+ desert heat. Highly recommend working with Eddy!! read more

Casa Pacifico - La Quinta. We had a fabulous stay! Truly wonderful home in a beautiful neighborhood. We will absolutely be back. Our host Eddy could not have been more readily available with anything we needed before or during our stay. We particularly loved how the backyard was split into two parts - the pool on one side and the stunning views of the water and fire pit/dining table/tv on the other. Having small children it was even more relaxing having a separate grassy space for them that was outdoors not right on top of the pool area. It was a fabulous getaway.
