A lot of the kids complained about the systems especially the Xbox 360. They have only one ps4 which was not brought out until the very end of the party and I was told it is only for vr games. This was very disappointing, when I booked the party I asked about the ps4 as my son is a ps player. When I complained about the Xbox I was told basically "oh well" and that they will get one next year.I felt that was a horrible response. I have a Xbox5 and most of the kids at the party have a newer gaming systems. For the amount of money we paid they could afford at least one xbox5. You are better off borrowing your friends gaming systems and using them for your party. Luckily, my son enjoyed the other activities at the party. However the gaming truck was a waste of money and the party was full of "little gamers". I do not recommend this gaming truck.

We had given them our flight details and told them we would have baggage to pick up. They were actually right outside the door next to the carousel where we picked up our luggage! Dan is an exceptionally careful driver. They were pleasant and courteous. The car was clean and in perfect condition, a deluxe van with ample seating room and plenty of space for our 4 pieces of luggage. We were there to attend a college graduation of our grandson from Case Western Reserve Law School. We were arriving on Delta from San Diego and knew we would be tired from our long travel day. Avis Car Rental closes at 12:00AM. They no longer answer the phone at their rental locations and so we could not find out what would happen to our reservation if our flight was late. We canceled with Avis at the airport and instead booked a reservation at their convenient downtown location. This saved us $250.00 in car rental fees because it was 12 hours shorter and did not include airport taxes and duties. We were already staying in a downtown Cleveland hotel which was only a 12 minute walk to the Avis Downtown Cleveland location. Even with a generous tip to Dan & Jen, we saved money. I highly recommend you do the same thing the next time you travel to Cleveland.

I could not have dreamed it better. Sheren made our vision come to life and added her own expertise to make sure it was amazing. She is incredibly easy to work with and so organized. She helped pick out speciality linens, types of florals, centerpieces etc. Due to busy work schedules, I had limited times when I could meet or speak with Sheren, and she always accommodated me to meet my scheduling needs. She went above and beyond and even took some personal belongings of ours (place cards, favors, pictures) to the venue morning of to give to the event coordinator. I received so many compliments on the decor and florals from our guests, with many specifically asking me who did the decor. We ended up doing 3 seperate centerpieces (candelabras, double hoop rings, and small vases), a mix of large to small, speciality designs for the family tables, cake table, and a beautiful sweetheart table with florals and candles with a floral arch behind. Sheren also decorated for my ceremony with beautiful, classy draping and greenery. She made my bridal bouquet and boutinierre for my husband, absolutely stunning, I plan to dry my bouquet to keep it forever. Sheren and her team got to our venue so early in the morning to ensure everything was ready and perfect. I was stunned when I saw how everything turned out. She is extremely affordable, the way my wedding looked-it looked like it would have cost at least 20k with the amount of fresh florals and beautiful designs.
