Both the accounting and customer service agents I worked with were rude and made me uncomfortable with their attitude when inquiring about my order. I normally give people the benefit of the doubt, that someone is having a bad day. But two people, two departments, and two different days. I will not be ordering through this company again and do not recommend their services to anyone with customer service standards. Customers deserve to be treated with kindness especially when offering their business. I hope this experience is taken into consideration for other customers.
