Kelly pulled up to our school 15 minutes early and came inside to let us know he was here and ready to take the kids to their field trip. We entered his clean bus and he had stocked the cooler of cold water for us. WOW!!!!! He was timely, so friendly, and very accommodating. We'll use A Family Limo every time!! Jordan and Justin run a great business with amazing staff.

Unfortunately, this is one experience I cannot stay silent about. Our group recently spent over $8,000 to charter a bus for what should have been a memorable trip. Instead, it turned into one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I've ever had. From the moment we boarded, it was obvious the bus had not been properly cleaned. The floors were filthy, but even worse, the waste tank from the previous trip had never been emptied. Imagine being trapped on a bus for more than seven hours with the overwhelming smell of someone else's sewage. It was nauseating, embarrassing, and completely unacceptable. Instead of immediately correcting the problem, we were forced to spend our own money on air fresheners and cleaning products just to make the ride somewhat bearable. The driver showed little urgency because he wasn't sitting in the back where the smell was the strongest. It wasn't until passengers refused to get back on the bus that the owner finally instructed the driver to empty the waste tank. We hoped that would be the end of it. It wasn't. On the return trip, while driving through heavy rain, the roof began leaking onto passengers and their belongings. When the owner was contacted, rather than expressing concern, he claimed he reviewed the bus cameras and "didn't see" any leak. It's hard to understand how a camera could dismiss what an entire bus full of passengers witnessed firsthand. After spending thousands of dollars, we were left with a dirty bus, unbearable odors, a leaking roof, damaged belongings, and a level of customer service that made us feel like our concerns simply didn't matter. The only resolution offered? A discount on a future trip. Respectfully, no thank you. A company earns trust by how it responds when something goes wrong. In this case, there was no accountability, no genuine apology, and no meaningful effort to make things right. My advice to anyone considering this company is simple: be cautious. Businesses that require full payment upfront should still be held accountable for delivering the quality and professionalism they promised. Once they have your money, you shouldn't have to fight to receive the service you already paid for. I sincerely hope this review encourages the company to improve its standards so that no other family, school, or organization has to endure the experience we did.

The staff was less than friendly and even a little pushy. We were the last round of customers to be disembarked on our own so we went off the ship and entered the coach which was filthy and the panels above each seat (where they have the reading light and the option for additional AC) were coming right out of the ceiling. The floors had trash on them and the seats were all filthy The ride to the airport wasn't too bad... The driver unloaded our bags then we were allowed out of the bus. He stood right by the door counting his tips and putting his hand out gesturing for more. I'm sorry but if you don't keep the bus clean, are rude, and have us wait for over an hour before departure from the port when there is another empty coach available to take passengers to the very same airport the only tip you're getting from me is how to handle customer service better. The transfers cost $30/pp which was $10 cheaper than the limo service we took down to the port in the first place. I'm happy to have saved $20, BUT would have gladly spent the extra for a more pleasant and prompt ride.

Unfortunately, we were trapped behind the bus and unable to pass. It will be expensive to clean the car and the paint may be ruined. This leads me to believe their fleet is not well maintained, at least not this bus.
