Most reputable companies will work with customers when given significant advance notice, but this company showed zero flexibility and zero concern for customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend that anyone considering booking with this company carefully read the contract before signing. Do not book unless they remove or modify the "all payments are non-refundable" clause. If your plans change for any reason, even weeks in advance, you could lose every penny you've paid. There are plenty of transportation companies that value their customers and offer fair cancellation policies. Unfortunately, this is not one of them.

I initially requested a refund within a few hours of payment, but they refused. The next day, they offered to waive certain fees if I paid in cash, yet the final price still included a mandatory 20% gratuity, which I was told was already included. The representative continued to be rude, showed terrible customer service, and ultimately canceled my service over the phone. To make things worse, they told me I would have to wait 15-20 days for a refund, which is completely unacceptable.
