At one point, I was so frustrated, that I asked to speak to the Supervising Attorney. That request was not honored. Would never use them again.

I had reached out to Randy and his firm based on a referral. We booked time for a specific date and time as my calendar is very full and typically I have back to back meetings. Randy no showed for the meeting and did not even reach out. When I reached out he said he was on another call. I get that I am a new potential client but he could have at least notified me he would be late but instead I had to reach out. When he finally called me he was rude and arrogant. He did not feel my business was worth it and told me up front he would not do business with me - he would not do business with me because I asked him why he could not have told me he was late. He then began yelling at me and then just hung up. Is this how people behave - what happen to professionals? I would avoid this firm at all cost. Right now their phone numbers do not work and when you get a vm it is full - even when you tell them its full, they do nothing. If you are going to be late you let your client or potential client know. You apologize and not yell at the client because the client is upset for your behavior.
